Remember a few months ago when Dwyane’s Wade wife accused him of giving her an STD? Well get this,it turns out that is not the case. According to tmz.com, during a deposition, Andrea Williams, a close friend of the Wades — claimed Siohvaughn told her she contracted the disease from another man.

Williams testified in her depo, Siohvaughn was seeing another man during her marriage — and claims she was present in 2007 when Mrs. Wade accused the boyfriend of giving her the STD .

Now moving on to the custody battle, Siohvaughn has responded to the Miami Heat star’s petition for sole custody of the couple’s two children, saying the filings are retaliation to her asking for an order of protection last month.According to the Associated Press,

Wade filed for custody of their boys, ages 8 and 2, earlier this week. He also asked a Chicago court that his wife Siohvaughn be psychologically evaluated.

The couple separated in August 2007. Their divorce trial is scheduled to begin in June.

“Our client believes that these various papers were filed as retaliation for her legitimate claims filed March 19, 2010 in the Domestic Relations Court in a Petition for Order of Protection regarding the abuse by Mr. Wade dating back to 2006,” Eunice Ward, an attorney in the Chicago firm representing Siohvaughn Wade, said Thursday in an e-mail response to The Associated Press.

Siohvaughn Wade has previously alleged that her husband abandoned his children, that they were frightened to be around him, and that he was “guilty of extreme and repeated mental cruelty” toward her.

Documents obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press show Wade alleges his wife Siohvaughn cannot “be considered a fit and proper person” to raise their children. In more than 300 pages of filings, the All-Star says his wife exhibited threatening behavior, had extramarital affairs, uses abusive parenting methods and is unwilling to let the 2006 NBA finals MVP see his children. The couple has two boys, ages 8 and 2.

“For more than two years, I have tried to make peace with Siohvaughn concerning our divorce and custody of our kids,” Wade said in a statement released to The AP. “I no longer believe that’s possible. Siohvaughn has consistently attempted to interrupt or prevent me from having visitation time with our boys.”

Siohvaughn Wade’s behavior “has made it evident that she is unstable, dishonest, unbalanced, unwilling to accept responsibility for her actions, not of good character, and therefore, unfit to be a custodial parent,” according to the petition.

It’s been a minute since we last heard from Danger. The “For the Love of Ray J” star recently sat down with VH1 to discuss TMZ’s recent report that she lost custody of her daughter, her failed relationship with Gabriel Cannon, the joy she takes in being a public figure and accusing Ray J of being gay, then retracting it, then retracting the retraction.

So what’s been going on?

Umm…a lot. Haha, you can probably see from the press that lot’s been going on. It’s been kind of crazy.

I guess the most publicized thing is that you’ve lost custody of your daughter.

That’s not true.

That’s not true?

No.

So that’s just patently untrue? TMZ reported…

I can’t really talk about that certain situation in great detail, but basically I cannot control what’s put out there in the media and the press. All I can do is remain consistent with what I put out. And my daughter is fine. I did not lose custody of her, but me and her father are going through a custody battle. I’m fighting for joint custody, he’s fighting for full custody. So there’s a court proceeding going on right now for custody, we are going through a custody court. But I did not lose custody.

So you’ve seen her? You have her?

No, I don’t have her. But she’s with family. I’m working, I’m Hollywood. She’s close by with family, and I can see her whenever I want. There’s no bad blood going on as far as me and my child’s father’s immediate family. They love me as the mother of their new granddaughter.

So you’re OK with the situation?

Well, it’s kind of ugly. I didn’t want to have to take it to court. I didn’t want to have to go through that, but I’m just thankful that my daughter is a baby, and she’s probably not going to remember this. We’re probably going to have joint custody, like most parents do. I tried to reconcile with Gabriel, but it didn’t work out.

When we last talked, it seemed like you were determined to make a future with him.

I was. I really was. I wanted to reconcile, but it’s not something that he wanted to do. I accepted that, and we basically both moved on with our lives and he decided to take it upon himself to take me to court for custody. I’m seeing somebody else now, I’m seeing an ex-boyfriend of mine. We’ve known each other for about four years, and he’s an actor as well. We started dating each other recently. He’s been really good being there for me. It’s a hard time, because nobody really wants to go through the court systems. It’s just all very unnecessary.

Danger has lost custody to her baby daddy just weeks after she was placed placed on a psychiatric hold over an incident involving the child.

According to tmz.com, Danger was placed on 72-hour psychiatric hold in California two weeks ago because mental health professionals and her family felt she was a danger to herself and the baby. Earlier this week, a judge agreed that Danger is not mentally fit to care for a baby and revoked her parental rights.

TMZ has learned Debbie Rowe has settled her custody issues over Michael Jackson’s children and it doesn’t involve a single penny … but it does involve a shrink.

Sources tell us, Rowe has agreed that Katherine Jackson will be the guardian of Michael’s children, subject to the judge’s approval.

Rowe will get visitation of the two children she had with Michael.

But here’s what’s interesting — Rowe wants and will get a psychologist who will visit the children and help them adjust to her being in their lives on a meaningful basis.

Rowe will maintain her parental rights. We’re told the agreement does not specify the amount of visitation

According to tmz.com, multiple sources in the Jackson family are saying even if Katherine Jackson gets custody of Michael Jackson’s kids — Michael’s big sister Rebbie Jackson will raise the children.

Maureen Reillette “Rebbie” Brown (née Jackson) is 59. She is the eldest of the nine children (Michael was the seventh) of Katherine and Joe Jackson.

She lives in Las Vegas with her husband of 40 years.

Media outlets are reporting that Janet Jackson has stepped up and offered to raise her late brother’s children, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket.

Sources say Janet has grown quite close to the children since her brother’s death and has even said, “I’ll step forward and raise them if this is what they want.”

The guardianship hearing is scheduled to take place in a Los Angeles Superior Court on August 3rd, after already being rescheduled three times since Jackson’s death.

“Janet is blossoming into a woman with tremendous untapped maternal instincts. The children automatically turn to her for comfort and direction.”

Some people say I should stay for our child, and some say I should go for my own sanity. What should I do?

He has the comfort of home and family – but since you all are not technically together, he can date, sleep around, etc. If you all are doing this “arrangement” for the sake of the kid, you should not be sleeping together. What if he brings you back an STD from one of his new partners? What if you two make a mistake and get pregnant again? Is any of that worth it? Your child will eventually sense the angst and discontent within your relationship, and that wont be good for him. Leave now. Take your child and work out visitation with the father.
