The two stopped following one another on Twitter despite recording a record, a remix to “Birthday Cake,” weeks before. The sudden halt made people wonder what was going on behind-the-scenes and how Chris’s girlfriend Karrueche felt about all of this.

“Chris was not willing to end his relationship with Karrueche, even though he made Rihanna believe that he was still madly in love with her,” reports Hollywood Life from an unnamed source. “Chris is the one who initially reached out to Rihanna begging for her forgiveness. He was incredibly sweet to Rihanna at the beginning, telling her how much he missed her, how Karrueche could not even compare to her, how he wanted to make things work.”

The source goes on to say that Rihanna would have gone back to Chris but he wanted to have his cake and eat it too! Once Rihanna made it clear she wouldn’t stand to be his side chick, Chris dissed her!

Star says that even though Brown is dating Karrueche Tran, Rihanna’s inner circle believes he’s still “very much in love” with Rihanna, which is why he’s intent on interfering with Kutcher.

I understand that Chris has grown up and in that growth has been putting out a lot more songs that are sexually charged, but there’s something about Breezy crooning, “Let’s get naked, just so we can make sweet love,” that rubs me the wrong way.

Here’s four reasons why I just can’t with Chris Brown’s oversexed songs.

1. Spell It Out

Instead of hitting us off with clever sexual innuendos, Chris Brown puts it all out there for us to experience and it feels a bit…clinical. Cold. “Sweet Love” is living proof of that. “All these sensations, got me going crazy, love inside and out of you, grinding inside of you
baby you know what to do, baby you know what to do. So come on, baby girl, let’s just take our clothes off
just so we can make sweet love.”

2. The Way You Make Me Feel

Trey Songz makes me feel sexy. Usher makes me feel sexy. Hell, even Tank makes me feel sexy, but Chris Brown makes me like I just want to get up and dance. Although there are parts of him I find sexy, I’d rather him not to try to play up being this sex symbol. Breezy doesn’t make me feel sexy. He makes me feel…like dancing.

3. Private Dancer

And speaking of dancing–yes Chris can sing and most times I’m enjoying it, but I’d much rather watch him dance. I can take him being sexual when he dances. Does that make me a hypocrite?

4. Got Bars?

Chris’ rapping skills far exceed his sexy singing skills. I’m down to hear more bars than I am him telling me to disrobe.

A restaurant in Georgia named Chops & Hops caught some heat recently for using Rihanna and Chris Brown’s domestic dispute from 2009 as inspiration for naming one of their sandwiches, “Caribbean Black and Bleu.” The restaurant even had the nerve to boldly display this on their Facebook page as well as directly tweeting Rihanna and Chris Brown on their personal Twitter accounts. As if this weren’t bad enough, check out the description of the photo of the sandwich.

Well we were going to do @TimTebow today but decided to trade for a sure thing this week. Instead @chrisbrown, @rihanna and us teamed up for a award winning celebrity sandwich. Put your hands on this caribbean black and bleu sandwich. Caribbean spiced marinated sliced ribeye blackened then look out for the bleu cheese, sliced tomato, silver Lamborghini onions, and shredded romaine. Chris Brown won’t beat you up for eating this unless your name starts with a R and ends with A.

The restaurant has since issued an apology and has since removed the sandwich from their menu according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. You know who else needs to issue formal apologies? Everyone with the iPhone’s Draw Something app–a game that’s almost like Pictionary–who thought that the easiest way to draw Rihanna would be to reference the Chris Brown assault. Domestic violence is not a laughing matter. Ever.

Yes, it’s been three years since that night that sealed Chris Brown’s fate as a monster. While it seems Rihanna has forgiven him, we’re still holding Chris full responsible for his actions.

“The first song that came about was ‘Birthday Cake.’ I mean we ended up recording them at the same time and executing them together, but I reached out to him about doing ‘Birthday Cake’ because that’s the only person that really–it made sense to do the record. Just as a musician despite everything else that was going to be the person. You know I thought about rappers, and I’ve done that so many times, and the hottest R&B artist out right now is Chris Brown. So I wanted him on the track, and then in turn he was like ‘Why don’t you do the remix to my track?’ and it was a trade off. We did two records. One for my fans. One for his fans, and that way our fans can come together. There shouldn’t be a divide. You know? It’s music, and it’s innocent.”

It’s a good thing Rihanna’s got other things going on like Vita Coco, a fashion campaign with Armani and a fierce diet and workout regimen–all of which she chats about in her interview with Ryan, but it’s her choice to reconnect (at least musically) with Chris Brown is far from “innocent.” When Chris starts his cameo with, “Girl I wanna f*ck you right now (right now). Been a long time, I’ve been missing your body,” innocence is the last thing you can label that.

1. The superstar crooner posted this photo on Twitter and captioned it, “What color today?” Chris is more concerned with the color of the luxury car that he’s going to drive for the day than he is the silly quarrel between his ex and his next.

2. Breezy tweeted about having an opportunity to speak with kids about their dreams and it’s actually refreshing to see that Chris knows what it is to give back to the community. Not that he’s the best role model, but I guess he’s trying.

3. Chris posts webisodes on MechanicalDummy.com, which is a site that allows him to express his artistic side. It’s actually a pretty cool site. Chris’ latest webisode is the first installment of a series called, “Fortune,” which is also the name of his fifth album that he’s prepping for. The video shows him at the celebrity All-Star basketball games in Orlando with Common and T.I., about to perform with Pitbull.

4. Forever tweeting, Chris Brown shared a photo of his newest babies–pups! There’s a dozen of them, so Breezy’s going to have his hands full with these new additions to his family. Wonder if we’ll see a Twitter pic of Karrueche or Rihanna holding one of the puppies soon?

5. Breezy posted up a new song on his Twitter late last night called “How I Feel.” He seems to be really focused on his music, considering he’s working on his latest album, Fortune.

Sure Rihanna and Chris Brown reunited via club hopping and song without Jay-Z’s blessing, but that definitely didn’t mean that the two were back together. Chris tweeted a photo of him making dinner for Karrueche, proving that the two are still together and Rihanna’s just playing the role of…the other woman. Classy.

2. Smoke Screen

Rihanna’s puffed puffed passed and didn’t care who saw it, so when she tweeted this photo of herself smoking a cigarette, we weren’t surprised. However, as a singer, smoking cancer sticks isn’t the smartest thing to do. And neither is promoting a bad habit that her young fans are liable to emulate.

Rihanna’s fan was simply stating her disdain about Rihanna collaborating with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. We all know why they broke up and we’ll never forget what Brown did. It’s great that Rihanna can forgive, forget and move on, but to snap at a fan who’s got good reason to be disappointed…bad move Rihanna.
