There are rumors circulating about Beyonce and Kelly Rowland’s estranged relationship. Now that Kelly spends most of her time in Europe and Beyonce married, the two women haven’t been seen together in quite some time. The two recently attended the NRJ Music Awards, and not once did they cross paths. Hmmmmm!!!

Apparently Beyonce decided not to walk the red carpet, therefore providing no photo-op of the two ladies to dispel the rumors.

To make matters worst, in the video below, Beyonce wins Greatest Artist of the Decade, and did not thank Kelly Rowland or Destiny’s Child, hell she didn’t even mention any family members by name.

It looks like there may be jealousy brewing between Chicago rapper Kid Sister and Nicki Minaj.

During a recent interview with honeymag.com, Chicago MC Kid Sister, posed the inquiry on whether or not critics take the Young Money queen seriously:

“I think Nicki Minaj is awesome. She has a cute little look but my thing is do people take her seriously?” Kid Sister asked the publication. “I’m not being funny. I’m just asking a question. That whole thing like I want more cheese, lots and lots of cheese, do people make fun of her?”

This isn’t the first time that Minaj has been thrown shade by other female emcees. Lil Mama weighed in on the Queens-bred rapper’s sexed up persona:

“What she represents, I don’t represent,” Mama said in an interview. “As the voice of the young people, Lil Mama, I focus on bringing up young girls to respect their bodies, respect [themselves] do it up.”

Honey Magazine recently got the chance to sit down with Trey Songz to discuss his sex appeal and competition in the industry. Read some excerpts below:

Why do women love you?
I’m a lovable guy. You don’t think so? I’m confident. That exudes. Women like men who are confident. I’m humble and I was raised by women so I know what women like…[but] there has to be a sense of arrogance.

Well, you definitely seem very confident in the “I Invented Sex” video…
I got the concept [from] a banned Calvin Klein commercial with a man with two women — a little more risqué, a little more raunchy — and there’s also an Eva Mendes Calvin Klein commercial; I kind of brought the two together…I took that time to get sensual, to talk to the woman and make a new conversation piece.

Of all the guys in R&B you seem to be the sex symbol, clearly. We’ve even compared you to D’Angelo at his prime. What do you think of the comparison? Think about his “Untitled” video.
That’s the moment he became a sex symbol. Do we know the moment I became a sex symbol? No. There’s no significant moment where that happened for me…maybe when I cut my hair, I don’t know. The album cover was just showing the new me, showing that I’ve been working out, showing my hair is cut. If you look inside, it’s showing the other side of the evolution where my suits are tailored… so, I don’t know if I would compare myself to D’Angelo in that way. To open yourself up to your fans…
I do, but I can’t give my whole life to my fans. Then the mystique is gone. If you know everything about someone, why would you continue to pursue that person? There has to be a mystique. In order for women to want me and kids to think I’m the coolest and men to want to be me, there has to be something about me that’s ‘wow.’ If you get rid of the ‘wow’ who cares?

Hit-makers The-Dream and Jermaine Dupri seem to have become involved in a public feud. The super-successful producers who are both probably best known for their work with Mariah Carey, took to Twitter to vent their frustrations surrounding the success (or lack their of) of Carey’s ‘Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel’ LP. The argument began on Dupri’s Twitter page with the following post:

The-Dream, who was engaged in a heated argument with a group of Carey’s fans, then released the following statements about the situation via his own Twitter account:

Could this be that Dupri is upset that his material was not included on Mariah’s album. Or is this just a clash of the egos?

Two of hip-hop’s hottest female rappers appear to be gearing up for the battle of the Barbies! Nicki Minaj, who has begun what she calls “the Barbie movement” has apparently ruffled Lil Kim’s feathers. Kim posted this collage on what is supposed to be her official Facebook page, making a clear statement about her thoughts on Minaj’s familiar gimmick. Seems like Kim thinks she did the Barbie thing first, and implies that Nicki is copying her style. Here’s Kim’s collage:

To give me your opinion on what I should do musically, first of all you should have called me….well really you shouldn’t have. BUT, If you’re gonna step out on that limb, which is very thin, you should make a personal call if this is a personal feeling….now if you’re trying to sell an album, and start a beef then you make it public…but you have to be very careful with that. Because why would I tell Stevie Wonder, even though he doesnt have an album, you need to do this and that….or talk about Stevie Wonder. I would not do that. Because Stevie Wonder has fans too….just as Stevie Wonder and Charlie Wilson and Donny Hathaway and Sam Cooke paved the way for the Rkellys and Aaron Halls and the Dreams, and everybody else. As we come up, we’re paving the way for the next person….but you cannot talk about someone who has done what they’ve done in this industry, which has changed the industry…and still doing it. You’re trying to throw a rock on the top of the Sears Tower…

In what seems to be a bit of a slow news day, “The View” co-host Sherri Shepherd had a little beef sandwich with Entourage’s Jeremy Piven.

Monday “The View” returned live after two weeks for the holidays. Over the break, co-host Sherri Shepherd recounted, she flew home to Los Angeles with son Jeffrey, 3 1/2, on the same plane as a mercury-poisoned Jeremy Piven. Shepherd first recognized Piven when she boarded as the “a guy with the fedora, a little short guy.”

She then imitated her son’s vocal excitement at being on a plane.

“I don’t know if that irritated look that he had was the mercury running through his veins or my son… He was just on the show, normally I would go ‘hey, I’m Sherri Shepherd from The View!’ But had this look on his face!”

“We just avoided each other.”
