Stuck with a teeny-tiny closet in your apartment? Here are some tips to help you manage the tiniest closet spaces.

1) Select your best outfits. The bottom line is that you have to get rid of as much as possible. . Keep a bag hanging from a hook inside the closet for things that you don’t think you’ll wear again.

2) Hang almost everything. The less bins, shelves and folding you have to do, the better.

3) If everything has a place, then you’ll never have clutter again. If you need to, designate an area, bag, box or bin for things that don’t have a place yet. If you get dressed in front of your closet, then you should have your laundry basket right there. Don’t let clothes get piled up or it will feel less organized every day. You have to commit just a little bit to keeping your closet neat.

4) Utilize unused space. There may be space where you haven’t noticed it before. Can you move back your closet rod and free up some space in the front corners for shelves? They take up less space, don’t require shelves, and they’re usually clear so that you can easily see what is inside.

7) Choose hangers wisely. There is no reason to have a closet full of mismatched hangers, flimsy plastic or wire hangers. There are so many high-quality space saving hangers on the market today, that there is no excuse for keeping your closet in the dark ages of crossed up necks, damaged clothes, and clothing lost to the floor mountain. Use slim velvet hangers to keep clothes neatly close together, wrinkle free, and securely on the hanger. The Michelle Obama Action Figure, made by Jailbreak Toys, is now available for order. The dolls retail for $12.99 a piece and are due to in stores November 20.

Jason Feinberg, creator of the toys, said more than 3,000 of the dolls had been sold in pre-release orders since August. And though, the company has sold more than 200,000 of its President Obama action figures, it expects Mrs. Obama’s doll to surpass those sales.

Spice up your eggs. One-third of a cup of chopped onion and one clove of garlic will add 1 g of fiber to scrambled eggs. Or fold the eggs omelette-style over 1/2 cup of cooked broccoli for an additional 2 g.

Drop a whole orange into the blender to flavor your morning smoothie. One peeled orange has nearly 3 g more fiber than even the pulpiest orange juice.

Fill your juice glass with nectar instead of a watery juice from concentrate. Nectar is apricot, peach, pear, or papaya juice, mixed with fiber-rich pulp. It packs more than 1 g of fiber per 8-ounce glass.

Heat up a bowl of oat bran instead of oatmeal; it has nearly 2 g more fiber. Add even more flavor and fiber by stirring in 1/4 cup of raisins or chopped dates before nuking it.

Build your burger with a sesame-seed bun instead of the plain variety. Sesame seeds add 1/2 g of fiber per burger.

After having a great evening with my son and enjoying some fun twit chat, I decided to sign off and get some work done. However, a few hours later I was advised that I should check @aliciakeys twit page. I’ve never reached out to her on twitter before. I feel our issues are a lot more serious than a website conversation. Not to mention that I’ve reached out to her many times in the beginning of this whole thing, as any wife would do. Unfortunately, I never succeeded in getting a response. The 1st time I meet AK, my husband introduced us to each other at an event. ( I have no choice but to call him my husband, until he is not anymore) In the messages that I sent to her (AK), I made it very clear that on the contrary of what she might be hearing, I am still married to my husband, living with him and just had a child. Its been two years and I still have not received a response. What I do receive, is constant displays of selfishness and disconcern to me and my son.

I was a fan of AK’s last album, we were both signed to J Records and I always checked up on her projects. I sang her songs and admired her for creating Superwoman and Karma, I would never deny her, her talent. I believed in her until I found out she was possibly sleeping with my husband. The affair was denied by both, until it was finally admitted months later.

Already I can hear some of you saying ” why are u blaming her, You cant make someone leave their wife, You cant break something thats broken”. Well, my marriage was not broken, as far as I knew we were celebrating our sons birth and getting ready to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary . Call it blind love, whatever. I call it being a devoted wife.. As far as me blaming her and not blaming him, thats false. Me and my husband have worked out our differences. We are in a good place as people and as parents. I accept his choices and I am comfortable enough with myself to move on. I am so very blessed in many ways.

My concern with AK is no longer the fact that she assisted in destroying a family but that she has the audacity to make these selfish comments about love and wanting to be with someone, even after knowing their situation. How is this the same Superwoman that I sang out loud with in my truck? I ask myself sometimes.

If you are reading this Alicia, let me start by saying, you know what you did. You know the role you played and you know how you contributed to the ending of my marriage. You know that I asked you to step back and let me handle my family issues. Issues that you helped to create.
Im not saying everything was perfect all the time but no relationship is perfect. We made a vow to God and I believe you should have respected that, as a woman. I know you owe me or my son nothing but I just wish you would’ve handled things more carefully. I’m not judging you, I put you and the whole situation in the hands of God, the Higher Power. Just know that as a woman, I expected so much more from you. I never had intentions on reaching out to you this way but after reading your twits tonight, and the constant disregard, you left me no choice. I feel that after 1 and a half years of you hiding this affair and acting like it doesnt exist, that now is the time to confront it, since you talk so openly about it now

This is not a publicity stunt, I dont have a record coming out. I just need to close this chapter in my life and that means confronting our issues. There is a small child involved. His dad loves him to death and he wants to spend more time with him but hes afraid because he knows we don’t have a relationship. This is my main concern. My son NEEDS his dad and I NEED to be comfortable with you. For him!

I know many will see my point and many will not be able to look into what’s real because they only want to see Alicia Keys the celebrity, not the human. This is not for the “people”, this is for you. Like I said I was left no choice but to reach out to you this way. By now, Im sure you want to find a balance in this as well.

I read your tweets tonight and I felt they were very insensitive. You have no idea how much pain I was caused because of this affair. Its baffling to me that you don’t understand what I might have gone through with this situation. I dont consider myself a victim anymore, Ive learned alot from this! I just ask you to try and be a bit more realistic and delicate to the situation, at least until my divorce is final. I felt me attending the party would have been a starting point for us, since you shook my hand after I offered it, but I suppose I was wrong.

If its so, that you and my husband are meant to be together, then God bless you both and I hope you never have to deal with what I did. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. The stylist and make-up artist that is suing Queen Latifah for $1 million dollars are threatening to expose her gay lifestyle, and relationship with Jeanette Jenkins if she doesn’t pay up.

According to rhymeswithsnitch.com, lawyers for the suing duo told the National Enquirer, “Whether Latifah is gay or straight has absolutely nothing to do with our clients claims,” while cryptically adding, “Latifah’s personal life could become an issue in the case as it relates to her treatment of another stylist.”

Attorney Carmen Giordano, who filed the suits in federal court in New York, told The ENQUIRER: “Whether Latifah is gay or straight has absolutely nothing to do with my clients’ claims.”But he said that Latifah’s personal life could become an issue in the case as it relates to “her treatment of another stylist.”

While Latifah, 39, has been romantically linked to personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins for several years, she’s refused to address her sexuality in interviews.

I will keep this short and directly to the point because, as of now, there is only so much to be said.

Whether it was Senator Obama’s dynamic speech, Michelle Obama’s form-fitting turquoise dress opening night, or daughter Eisenhower’s proclamation of her support for the Democratic Party this election despite having been a lifelong Republican; I don’t know. But, at this point, all that matters is this: the Democratic National Convention had me saying, “John McCain who?!”

Evidently, I wasn’t the only person who felt that way. Why else would McCain select Sarah Palin as his Vice Presidential pick for this year’s election if he wasn’t desperately seeking attention?

Political platforms and promises aside, McCain is officially (in my mind, anyway) a bonafide stuntman, doing all he can to match history in the making with what he believes to be its equal. In other words, McCain understands that all the hype that surrounded the battle between Hilary and Barack for the Democratic ticket could have only been matched, if at all, by a young, former beauty-pageant-runner-up-turned-hockey-mom as the VP pick.

Good move McCain; I’m impressed. But, what now? Do you expect Hilary’s entire following to turn Republican overnight with the newfound scent of estrogen in the air? And, to briefly address Sarah’s and Michelle’s aesthetic appeal (since it has been eluded to many times since Palin was picked), do you really think Sarah Palin can compete with Michelle Obama’s brick house? Methinks not.

McCain, you are too old to be playing games. Period. But thanks for keeping me entertained…honestly.

If you haven’t kept up with the ins and outs of the Misick family feud, the drama can be summed up in a few words and/or phrases: infidelity, rape accusations, physical altercations, hospitalization, separation, divorce, and alleged pregnancies.

And after that? The eye diverts its attention to something more interesting, (insert Brad and Angelina’s twins, or better yet, the race towards the presidency), leaving former lovebirds to mend what can hardly be repaired.

For the past two years, the media has carefully documented the love, like, and hate between Michael Misick and Lisa Raye McCoy, and, as a result of such diligent documentation, I came to a profound realization: not only is the line between love and hate thin, but its as sharp as razor wire, and will indiscriminately cut you up if crossed the wrong way. One the the competitors on the upcoming season of America’s Next Top Model, which returns to The CW on September 3, 2008, is transgender.

The inclusion of Isis, a 22-year-old who identifies herself as “a woman born physically male,” is being glorifed by GLAAD president Neil Giuliano as “an unprecedented opportunity for a community that is underrepresented on television.” And later, he adds that he applauds Tyra Banks and The CW for “making this historic visibility of transgender people possible.”

Evidently, Neil was sleeping when “I want to work for Diddy” premiered. Why else would he credit Banks for the historic visibility of transgender people through Isis when Laverne was introduced to the world over a month ago. But, I suppose all of that is besides my point.

Any and all topics surrounding gay, lesbian, bisexual, and/or transgender people will always be sensitive to someone. In fact, with the many who identify themselves as members of the LBGT community living alongside those who believe the Bible to be the unadulterated truth, I don’t foresee anyone coming to a consensus on whether or not such lifestyles are right or wrong.

What I find most interesting about the debate surrounding whether being gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender is right or wrong is the fact that both groups often use the Bible to legitimize their life choices.

Now, I refuse to preach a sermon, and I refuse to quote scripture, but whether you are religious or not, an eyebrow should definitely be raised.
