Here’s Miss Switzerland 2009 Liliane Murenzi looking 30 kinds of lovely at the Cannes Film Festival. Honestly, I had to look her up to find out who she was, and most of her Google hits weren’t in English, but I’m hoping this chick’s popularity makes it to the States – - she’s absolutely radiant!

The Rwandan beauty queen’s dress is actually so red, it’s hard to see it against the red carpet. Could be considered a fashion/paparazzi snafu, but it’s such a great gown, I wouldn’t have passed it up, either.
