GLAM OR GROSS: Thandie’s Technicolor Dream Dress

To me, this dress is one of those things you see in a store and go, “ew.” And then you try it on and it either looks REALLY fly or REALLY bad. On Thandie, it looks fab. But does that make the dress cute? Could YOU pull it off?
