FANTASTIC OR FOOLISH? $2875 Louboutin Pump

Okay, I know that “it’s a recession!” is the new catchphrase these days, but sometimes, it really does apply to certain situations. Like the one involving this new natural python Christian Louboutin “Dillian” pump, which is over two thousand effing dollars.

  1. It’s a shoe.
  2. An embellished shoe. Which means its wearability will be MAYBE a year and a half, if you really want to push it, before they’re so out of style, you have to save them for your grandkids to rock as vintage.
  3. It really is a fly shoe, but how many times can you really wear it?
  4. It’s a recession, dammit.

Sorry, but come on. If I had a cool billion chilling in my bank account, I probably still wouldn’t buy them, because Bernie Madoff taught me that money can go away much more quickly than any of us ever thought it could.

Then again, on a shopping high, if I had it, I probably WOULD buy them, and then I’d hate myself for it like 3 weeks later. But what a nice 3 weeks it would be.

    I DON’T GIVE DAMN HOW CUTE YALL THINK THE SHOE IS, (ALTHOUGH I DO LOVE IT ALSO), I AM NOT SPENDING MY CHECK ON A PAIR OF SHOES. NOT IN THIS LIFETIME, MAYBE NOT EVEN THE NEXT, BUT IT AINT WORTH IT. I’LL COP A PAIR THAT’S ON SALE FOR BRNAD NEW ON EBAY OR A FEW YEARS FROM NOW WHEN PEOPLE GETS COMMON SENSE AND DROP THE PRICE.

    I think they would be cutier with out all the bow stuff on it…but I would never pay that price…heck go to DSW shoe warehouse and you can get almost the same shoe(minus the bow) for around 100$$

    i dont think it was designed for the everyday female to wear to the club or work. i’m pretty sure whoever buys it can afford it!

    The shoe is goregous and I’ve been known to pay a pretty poenny for a mean shoe the most I’ve ever paid was $1200 for a shoe but this right here I’m not even going to try and buy it first off my husband would kill me LOL and I’d only wear them two or three times anyway

    I love it… come on look at the shoe… it’s gorgeous. I wouldn’t but it now because I’m a Fashionista on a budget but my shoes are my accent to any outfit if I bought them I would wear them more than 3 times, the color become’s neutral… now to the chick that can afford. Big ups to you, I officially envy your shoes. lol..

    If the cash was flowing right, you best BELIEVE that I would have these shoes in my closet (on a pedestal no less!!!). These aren’t Zanottis or even Blahniks, they are LOUBOUTINS. The epitome of every brand ever created!!!! But since I haven’t reached that milestone yet, all I can do is stop and stare. If you have an extra 3G’s lying around, don’t forget to holla at me!!!! P.S. that’s a size 8 (or 38-38.5 for those who don’t know)!!!!!!!!

    FABULOUS AND I HAVE BEEN LUSTING AND OBSESSING AFTER THEM FOR A WHOLE WEEK!!!!!!!!! These are the type of shoes you wear with NOTHING but lip gloss :-)

    Most definately…those bitcches are sexy!! And yeah…these are the type of shoes that you wear bare booty naked with lip gloss… and a crazy sexy updo, or side pony…hot GRRRRRRRRRRRR
