I am uber motivated by the pics of Ms. Janet and Toccara. We saw them pics of Janet when JD was pumping her full of soul food, and now look at her! Regardless of having a PT you still have to be motivated and disciplened to achieve them bad azz abs! Toccara make the thin girls want to run to a buffet! Thick & fit!
