Alicia is not the ONLY one to blame in this sad state of affairs. I hold Swizz more accountable than anyone because he was straight “MESSY” with his affairs. Mashonda had to be subject of humiliation, embarrassment and public debate & scrutiny. If she attempted to reach out to Alicia as she has indicated (with NO RESPONSE), what other recourse does she have? If she was to continue calling her or approaching her in private she would come off as a stalker. Damned if you do & damned if you don’t (smh)! However, I have mad respect for Mashonda for addressing this situation like a “lady”. Soooooo many would not be so civil in their approach had they been the one in this situation. Real talk! I also give Mashonda props for not blowing up in the beginning about this. I feel for Mashonda. For those who are saying she needs to have a face to face, etc you clearly did not read this message. She stated that she has tried to reach out to AK but has received no response from the woman in over a year, so what do you expect her to do? She is going to reach out to her as best as she can and if someone isn’t responding to you so you can have that face to face your going to do what you can to reach them. If this is true AK should have responded to her messages earlier. Also she did have her problems with her husband. If people read what she wrote she has said she worked out her issues with him already, that means she was angry and had problems with him but has since then resolved them, something she has been unable to do with AK because she hasn’t responded. I completely see where she is coming from and agree with her. If you are/were the mistress, putting your feelings in such a public venue before the divorce is final and the situation has been completely worked out is insensitive. You could at least wait til the situation is completely over out of respect for the other woman who may still be hurt. etc. For a woman preaching about woman power, that wasn’t a very lady-like move to make. And when it comes to the child Mashonda is right she NEEDS to be comfortable with AK because if she is going to be with the child’s father then that means her child will be around her and as a mother you need to be comfortable with the people who are brought around your child. As for AK messing with a married man isn’t a very female empowering move if you ask me. It is a move where you boost yourself up, while damaging the other woman, but it is what it is. I am really the wife on this because I am in the same situation at this very moment. She is only right in how she feels because she was lied to by both people. In order ffor people to move on from a situation is to face the situation and AK did not geive her that opition. Point blank, if Alicia and Swizz had feelings there before than they should have been together from before. Can you say “woman in denial”. It’s amazing to see how people are so fast to take sides when the whole true story hasn’t been told. You know the intimate details of how their marriage was to begin with. The partner who wants to keep the relationship always has a different interpretation of the reality of the situation. MaShonda has done a great job of making herself the victim to get sympathy. I will say that AK if she was going to be with Swizz should have waited until his divorce was final. However it seems clear to me with their relationship being so open that his marriage was long over. They were married on paper and I’m that was it. None the less, she seems to be putting up a good front with her words but I’m sure she’s is still holding on to hope; this is something so many woman have been and are guilty of. I don’t think for one minute that AK played any role in the ending of Swizz’s and MaShonda’s marriage. As far as anyone knows their relationship might have been on the rocks. Having a baby might have been ideal in trying to keep things together. If a man is trully in love and has made designs on the woman he plans to be with no one can come between it. First, I would like to recognize the woman that she is by carry herself through this trial as a lady, mother and woman. I must give praise and respect to Mrs. Swiss Mashonda. Reading this twitter made me realize that this sister has alot wisdom, or surrounded by others who are wise.
I remember one of the publication or networking sites stated Swiss wife was a lady. And they were right.

Well, I can’t blame AK because nothing really confirms that Swizz got a relationship with her. Ak might want to be with him because SWIZZ is a good music Producer. I don’t judge what I don’t know. AK has talent and I like her generosity, Ak and I are both classically trained pianists. I don’t believe we have ALL of the facts. There are too many variables…what if Alicia thought Swizz and his wife were over? Sometimes seperated men lie about their status so much. I live in a military town and I ask for divorce paperwork as validation. I have observed through the years that many exceptionally beautiful women, after being under-appreciated in their last relationship, will simply cling to the next guy who falls for them–married or not. Just an observation.

Time heals, Mashonda. And Karma is a b***h. Remember this: the other woman, when they end up with the man, it is usually that they’re richer, considered (I say considered because beauty is in the eye of the beholder) more beautiful, and/or with more “social” status. (Except in the case of Prince Charles, Camilla and Diana). But true love has nothing to do with that. 

So the other woman ends up with a cheat. And she is now under pressure to see that everything “looks” perfect.

But you have the freedom to authentically re-make your life. And every woman, everywhere, has at least six males in her vicinity fantasizing after her. Just don’t go after the married ones; don’t flirt with them, don’t listen to them complain about their wives, don’t have long conversations. Have more integrity and self-esteem than that. Forgive. Let go. Move on. Have faith in God.

The major issues in our society today is the lack of value on ‘marriage’. Now, I do not know the whole story and there is two-sides to every story. However, a child is involved and every child deserve their father. Now, I know to some immature people stating the fact she got ‘played’, games are for children. Which some people fail to realize over time there is something called ‘game-over’. Now, once again I am not picking sides because only God can judge.
