What folks are failing to realize in disproportionate age differences, whether its male to female or vice versa, is this; He’s done all the things she’s NEVER done so where he’s BEEN, she has YET to be! Trust me, she’s going to get tired of his ‘old’ ways and I’d be shocked, if they make it past 5 years! I’ve dated older, but the problem came with our friends. A 20 year age difference DOES make a huge difference–I don’t care what NOBODY tells you! Ask anyone who has dated/married someone TWICE or THREE times their age…it DOES affect you, your relationship and outlook! I mean, c’mon! Be for real! What do any of you have in common with someone who is 10 years younger than yourself NOW? Hey, I agree with a prior post.30 is a “Good Solid Age” and a woman could date/marry up to 60 at that age.After having kids,chasing careers,not working out,eating the wrong foods and developing all kinds of illnesses,most sist’as are wore out in their older age and don’t have the energy to please their man which is why some energetic black men married for long periods of time leave their women in older ages.As long as they are amicable and still good friends and have a good relationship with their kids, I don’t see nothing wrong with “Pops” moving on to have a shorty in her 30′s who still got energy to “break him off” but yet mature enough to sincerily handle a marriage with an older man.
