My prayers goes out to both of them if its true. Anytime you loose anyone is painful very painful. I lost my sister last week and it will take awhile to get through this one. But I continue to pray and keep the faith. My heart goes out to Mariah.

If its meant to happen, it will happen. It’s really no one’s business. I think she should keep trying as long as she can. If not, surrogacy and adoption is available. But 40 may be older, but plenty of women have children at this age. I don’t think its a blessing to be mature and be able to mother a child with the means and the wisdom. May God bless them with children, if this news is true.

I hope they can try again soon for another baby. One of my bestie’s had to have a miscarriage last year, I mean, she had to take pills to get rid of the baby but she just had a baby with her husband so after a few months, MC & Nick can try again and hopefully, a baby will be born. My condolences to Nick and Mariah…I’ve had a few friends that have gone through that and it’s a really tough time. Don’t give up girl, you can still have a baby!

There are plenty of women and are young that have miscarriage and I am one of them so what are you going to say to us?!?!?!?!? My grandmother used to always say, ” If you dont have anything nice to say…smile and look pretty that way nobody else will have to know just how ignorant you are!” I really think that applies to this situation….Now on a lighter note if she did have a miscarriage my condolensces goes out to them because a baby is a life that is lost regardless whether it is a zygote, blastocyst, embryo, fetus or a baby it is still a life!

umm @ Mz_Me09, I dont think Saartjie was being ignorant. I agree that whoever is ready and willing to set aside their needs for a child should be allowed to have children. BUT! at the same time, I was adopted by an older couple and as I got older and now that i look back, it hurt to see them pushing as hard as they could to keep up with me. I must say that it plays a huge role in why I am so mature today, i grew up tooo fast. Its not a good feeling at all to see loved ones aching and growing old, while other peoples parents are young and have that much more energy, at such a young age. Yea nick is young but either way the child will still have to see mommy changing at such a young age. This doesnt mean that she deserved to lose her baby and I hope she a nick get through this. But there are many other children waiting for a family. BUT if they do end up having a baby, congrats to them and I cant wait to see the baby pics.

If it is true, it could be the fact that she is stressing about whether or not she will conceive or be able to keep the pregnancy to term, that caused her to have the miscarriage. I grew up listening to Mariah Carey and she is a beautiful orator of her feelings. She is the type of person that loves deeply and passionately and it is natural for her to want a baby with her husband. If she gets pregnant again (or is still pregnant, because it’s not been confirmed) then she should consider her self to be a high risk pregnancy and eliminate any activity that is not relevant to bathing, doctor’s appointments, eating and resting.

oh lawd! don’t tell me she finna have a nervous breakdown again? she’s nuts! while she was playing house with these other men, she should have settled down then…and had a baby. oh wait, she was married to tommy, well she could’ve had one with him, or did he not want her too?….anyway fertility pills will only make things worse for her. being she has stressed her body from “exhaustion”, taking pills isn’t good either. she would need to have extensive health regimens to produce a child, and keep it.

My heart so goes out to them I have had 4 myself from 2005-2007, so I totally understand and it is a painful thing especially when it is a planned pregnancy. I wish people would stop being so inconsiderate, this is a difficult time for anyone, period. People should be more sympathetic/empathetic to their situation. And FTI Tommy would have given a right arm to have had a baby with Mariah, she was never in love with him she married him because she thought it was best for her career at the time. Remember he left his wife of 20 years back in 1990 to be with Mariah (not saying that it is right but it is a fact)?
