Look- when you come from a family that is just not functional, no matter how much you give to them or try to overlook things, or just try to be a part of the family, it can continue to mess you up mentally. I know from life experience because this has been my family and what I have had to go through. I even stopped talking to my family for like four or five years straight. Just so much and it just kept getting worse till it was taking away from being an adult and finally going away from and to try and make a better life for myself. Well, she had to do what she needed to do. And sometimes the media does blow things completely out of proportion, but Keyshia hasn’t really been saying anything to them so it may be true. Ultimately, I am happy for her. Frankie and Neffe were nothing about embarrassments to her and everything that she has worked to hard for to step away from. I don’t know if this story is true because there are alot of stories out here that are not true. I do know Keyshia has the right to do things on her own away from her family. She has alot of things going on in her life right at the moment such as taking care of herself and her unborn child. She has to make sure she is healthy and in a good state of mind. Keyshia’s family does have a lot of issues but what family doesn’t the only reason we think it is crazy is because they are seen all over the place being photographed and filmed participating in crazy things and behaving badly. If my family was being photographed and filmed I know people would say the same things about them as well. It is sad too many black families are dysfunctional and facing many of the same issues as Keyshia’s family. I do know this Keyshia has to keep her distance at some point or another in order to be able to have sanity and function because all her family will do is drain the life and energy out of her leaving her with nothing to survive off of. I doubt she will ever completely disown them but some distance is great. I wish her the best as well as her family because they need a lot of help. They need to continue to heal and continue therapy.

Frankly speaking, what Keshia decides to do with her life is her business. What I don’t appreciate is the way people (YOU) have taken the Christ out of Christmas. Don’t you have any respect for the fact that you are disrespecting the Lord. If you did’nt know, now you do, so wise up. You Have 2 grown women ( let me repeat that ) 2 GROWN Women That Carry Themselves Like Teenagers, Hell I Know Teenagers That Are Classier Than The Two Of Them. They’ve been cutting up since Keyshia Had Them On Her Show,They Made A Mess Of That ( was a wonderful show till they started showing off) when that ended they showed themselves, they showed themselves on there own show ( BET Messed up giving them that BIG TIME) They don’t need anymore camara time then they get. She’s pregnant and doesn’t need any stress in her life, for them to act the way they do before she became pregnant was bad and to see them still cutting up with her being pregnant goes to show they don’t give a damn about her and how she feels and what she might be going through. Some family they are, My 3 year old daughter is better behaved then the 2 of them, Frankie needs to act her age and stop trying to be cute and Neffe needs to focus on her kids, stop with the guys and no more kids.DAMN.SMH

There’s nothing wrong with her decision. Sometimes you gotta step away from the negativity in your life, even if it means your own family. When you are constantly giving and trying to help others make a change and they constantly suck you dry like a leech it’s pretty darn tiring. She has a child to think of now and children are well aware of things even before they are born.She can still love them from afar and that doesn’t make them a bad person. Instead of complaining about the fact that they may not have received any gifts, I don’t see them speaking about how they plan to support her emotionally throughout her pregnancy and help her to enjoy the beginning stages of motherhood. It’s clear that there is some selfishness there and when you realize you care about others more than they care about you, then it’s time to back off and give yourself some TLC.

i doubt it….. her family probably said she did enough for them and they don’t want any gifts. frankie said on her show she needed some money but didn’t want to ask keisha b/c she did enough for her. also hb why do you feel this is shady? buying a house for her sister, getting her mother a condo isn’t good enough. buying them cars and who knows what else isn’t good enough. also neffe and frankie have their own show and books coming out.

I might be wasting my time even commenting on this story ,because I don’t actually know if it’s truth or hearsay! I will say that if it is true, sometimes you have to do what you have to do at the time! With a baby on the way, and a relationship with a man,that she appears to be head over heels in love with , lets not forget a career , she likely has other things/issues,on her mind and does not need the unecessary stress.Her mom and sisters have their own reality show, and she’s probably hoping that it will keep them busy ,and out of her way,and wallet for awhile. Frankie still has alot of growing up to do, and while she has her funny moments she needs to carry herself in a more mature manner, and act like she’s trying to get her shyt together seriously.

If Keyshia Cole really cut her family off for the holidays, I stress, CONGRATDULATIONS! Dealing with her family, I’m surprised she’s not broke. Besides, she gives to them all year long, they should be giving her something!

Keyshia Cole is not obligated to take care of her family. Those are all grown women and just like she had to weather the storm to make it, they can do the same. She didn’t always have money and since she worked so hard to get it, she can spend it on who and what she pleases. It’s sad but if you allow them family can bring you down in the worst way when it comes to money. Congrats on your baby Keyshia!!

shyt you did tha rite thang…first off you gotten them straight..once tha scene became yours…you set your moms and sisters and brother to new way of life houses, cars.jobs..just life in a new refreshing way..that tha gift that matters..so the path they walk on no one can say hey never seen a better route of living.. everyone as to grow-up in some type of way…so dont let your thoughs sadden you as doe you have done wrong..

She has her on life to live…. KEYSHIA made an attempt to help HER FAMILY out, They did not appreicate her help….Everytime u turned around they were actin LIKE they didn’t have home training…lol…I know she wish she had of left them under the ROCK she found them…They were all disfuntional, don’t know how to act in public let along in private…… She didnt have to do anything to begin with. They have their own show, so they can make their own money. I think Keyshia has done more for her family than they have done for themself.
You can only help someone for so long and then it’s time for them to help themself.
Keyshia is doing what she should do and that is taking care of her and her new family.
This does not mean that she does not care or love her sisters and mother.
All that she has done for them and they still want to add drama to not only their lives but to hers aswell. You can see just who they are and who they want to be in the show.

sometimes it’s not what you want to do to your family, but you family can just get on your DAM! nerve if if they act in person like they do in the tv show I would have cut there asses of right after the frist episode of the show, Not saying that Keyshia id better than them I just think they should have had more class about themself’s they was just TOO!!!! I think that Frankie, and Neffie are being there selves like they have done from the beginning. Kiesha knew that before she brought them on a reality show. If she knew that she was going to abandon them, maybe she should have just left them alone in the first place. They all were ok when it was the “Kiesha Cole” reality show, and she looked like thier saviour, now that they do not really need her anymore, it appears that she has gone on. It is ok though, because they all will be ok.
