omg, are yall serious. The tribute was for Mihael, not Chris. People don’t appreciate nothing. BET did the best they could with the small amount of time they had to totally switch gears. who’s cute in your eyess don’t matter. What matters is people celebrating his life and paying their respects to him and his family. Besides, you can’t please everybody and they did a repectful and kind jesture y dedicating their entire show to his memory. They didn’t have to do that. Every young entertainer there is says that he inffluenced them so where were they. You don’t know why chris wasn’t there. Newspapers said Usher changed his plans and flew to be there but where was he? People need to stop being so damn critical all the damn time.

I totally agree with ImBringinSxyBak…. Chris Brown should have been on the show. That was really the reason I wanted to watch the show. I know the Live Taping was done at the last minute and was thoughtful of BET to remember MJ. But it was so tacky and unprofessional. Jamie didn’t know when he was back on the air and some of the performers just threw me off. What was Beyonce wearing???? Can someone explain that outfit to me please. I turned the Awards off and started watching my tape of the Jackson’s Reunion. Now that was the show. Luther with his smooth singing and my all time favorite – Chris Tucker….why wasn’t he dedicating his act to MJ. Maybe when the 1 year anniversary rolls around – BET will be more prepared.

Why BET had possibly the UGLIEST man in America next to Jay Z host the BET awards escapes me. I mean seriously, where was Blair Underwood? Michael Ealey, Will Smith? Hell, I’d been able to stomach even Usher for 3 hours!!!

Jamie’s beat it outfit was crazy. It was so hot. The tight pants had to go but everything else was sick. The colors and everything were great. The sky blue T topped with the candy apple red jacket…. SO HOT!

It was aight…still disappointed that Chris Brown was pulled from the show…No matter his situation with Rihanna, I think all that should have been put aside for 5 mins to allow this youngman to pay homage to his idol…Had it just been a regular BET Awards I would have understood…But when they changed it into a tribute which I didnt see much of…it may should have just been a dedication show, cuz I didnt see much tributing…I would have felt better seeing someone who genuinely loved this man, and who could imitate his moves better than anyone…so sorry u didnt get to be in the show Chris…I still dont condone what u did, but for a second I would have put that aside…This wasnt about Chris, or Rihanna, it was sposed to be about Michael, so he shoulda performed…Disappointed BET!!!
