Robin had her own money going into the relationship with Mike, and plenty of it,so i do not feel that anybody should call her a gold digger. The man was a professional boxer and he abused her, hitting her like she was one of his opponents and not the woman he stood under god’s eyes and promised to CHARISH. You can not put a price tag on the pain that she suffered at his hands, and if this had happened to your mother, sister, Aunt, (or you, ladies), then you would be more sympathetic. Being judged is what caused her to have a break downand have to take time out from the lime light, and now she is back and is impowering women and young girls who are going through the same thing. Why hate on her?
Obviouslly, she was telling the truth. If Mike was as innocent as everybody chooses to think, then he would not be going through the constant string of bad luck that has plagued him for nearly two decades: first his mind, then his career (i dare not say his daughter, because i don’t believe that God works that way) but kharma is a bytch! His illiterate behind was so worried about his wife getting his money, just because she urged him not to trust some people that had been in his circle for years, and now that he is at his low point, those same people probably dont even come check on him. I’m sure Don King cut all ties once his career ended.

I think her momma had a lot to do with this. Remember Robin saying that her sister Stephanie, her momma and her were a ‘package’.? Remember her saying people wondered what she was doing with a man like Mike? It was like she thought she was above him. And yes it was like she was just ‘gold digging him. But sometimes a good azz whipping will make you re-think yourself. You live and you learn. Not saying Mike was without fault because life whipped his azz, but God loves him too. i truly detest ignorance. all of you who are on here rationalizing abuse- be it for stupidity, money, or whatever…you should really seek wisdom…or better yet help.
