When it comes down to it, its how active you are being lazy sitting around eating slows down your metabolism , this is the reason they gain so much weight , To speed up your metabolism you have to eat alot around 6 portions a day and stay active, dont blame it on the food, blame on yourself for being lazy and not active activities.

There should be no negative connotations toward eating. Your lifestyle should depict how you eat if you want to live longer to eat right and eat more. Im a personal trainer I burn a lot of calories a day, so 2 whoppers arent going to hurt me. Now if i worked a desk job and came home to kids i had to tend to then go to bed or work 2 jobs come home and go to bed, yea the whopper is going to screw you up. Honestly 1 whopper will do you know harm, 2 per week you’ll probably be fine. But whoppers and big macs and tacos and chicken and doughnuts and chips and candy and pop everyday is going to mess you up. WALK 10 MINUTES A DAY and more when you can and you will be fine. The problem is we’re becoming more stationary, with TIVO and video games and computers and a lot of jobs. By sitting our body is using less processes therefore extra calories and fat and junk is just acc**ulating in our bodys rather than being burned up. To counteract this all you need to do is move more. You dont have to do pushups, run, by a membership, have special gear or accessories. WALK. 10 MINUTES A DAY and more if possible and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. Then if your feeling dandy maybe jog, then eventually run. Or pushups, jumping rope is excellent cardio. Body squats are an excellent workout as well. GYMNASTS’ who are commonly fit, in shape, thin, sexy whatever you want to call it DO NOT LIFT WEIGHTS they lift their own body’s. PUSHUPS, BODY SQUATS, LEG LIFTS, LUNGES. All things you can do in your own home that require no money, just a couple minutes. Just remember to stretch first. Add any of those routines to your daily life and I PROMISE YOU WILL RECIEVE RESULTS. There is no money, no equipment, no accessories, just your will to do it. If you have that, you can have anything.
