I gotta say, robin givens appeared to rob mike tyson … if your telling me she “loved him” in any persons definition of love I disagree. She epitomizes what a gold digger is to the point it was females like her that trained a generation of men NOT to do what the Champ did. She was there for the rise and gone for the fall.
Actually the only thing that took a fall was her career *picks u p phone * calls the grim reaper* its gotta hurt that even now today Mike is more relevant that her.

No matter how many times we tell ourselves that we love someone, love does not hurt, maim or disrespect. If you find yourself in a relationship where there is no reciprocity, it’s not a relationship, it’s a game. You can not love anyone if you don’t love yourself. I’ve been there, done that and I’ve got the tee-shirt, hat and the scars to prove it. Life will give each and everyone of us some very painful and valuable lessons to learn and we must learn them or we will keep repeating them. Every woman is of value regardless of what anyone else says or what you think that you don’t deserve. Being in a real and loving relationship is quite simple: pay very close attention to how the man treats you because actions speak volumes and you better learn to read them like a book. If the actions shown are devaluing you then you need to move on. Don’t be bound by the belief that you are suppose to stay in anything-whether it’s a relationship and a circ**stance that makes your life miserable. Happiness comes from within, no one else can make your life happy but you. Each of us owes it to ourselves to live beautifully. And right now I am.

well speaking from experience because i have had a abusive man in my life. and it was emotional, verbal, and physical abuse. when love is in the air there is nothing else to say

clearly the facts about rhianna bein an abusive person as well is bein left out. she supposedly initiated the fight/argument, and has a history of violence.

I’ve personally been n a physical abusive relationship. Sad thing is, it became abusive in my 5th month of pregnancy. When u r pregnant, u go through soooo many emotions, and I was sooo confused.
One day I said enough is enough, He hit me n the back of the head w some object when I was walking out of an arguement, and busted my head WIDE OPEN, blood was everywhere! that was it, after all the caios was over, I called the police and he was arrested about 3 days later, while he was n jail, i called my brothers and we packed my apartment up, and I moved clear cross town. When he got out, he went to my old apt, and it was EMPTY! I was hurt by the fact that sum1 i luvd sooo much cld treat me the way he did. I had a big reality check that one day. I woke the fuk up and moved on w my life . .
I think it was a wise decision on my part.
My daughter and I are safe and HA, I GOT THAT NI66A ON CHILD SUPPORT :-)

I was a victim of domestic violence for six years. I lost my virginity when I was 17 and I was a freshman in college. The guy that I was with beat on me for 3 years, the last time he beat on he tried to kill me. He also raped me several times. He told me that since he took my virginity and he was three years older than me that when a woman says no she really means yes. Isnt that a trip. I got counseling and moved on with my life. I came back home and got my life together. I am glad that I didnt have kids by him and I dont have any kids at all. I changed my major to criminal justice. I got my Associates Degree In Criminal Justice. I am five classes away from my Bachelors Degree in Technical Management-Criminal Justice. I will be going into my Masters Degree Program right after graduation next spring. So it is possible to go on with your life. As a woman it hurts like hell to love someone so much that they disappoint you. But when people are unhealthy for you. You have to cut them off and go on with your life. But you have to want to go on and not look back at all. You cannot beat yourself up about what happened in the past, but overtime you will become a stronger woman.

I read all these storys about other people and there life is the same as mine im living everday with the marks on my body that i got for someone telling me that they loved me ive had my hair pulled out and ive been slap punch and even kick a couple of times and if i can walk away and do better for myself then so can everyone else.Its hard to walk away but if you dont u dont know what will happen the next time. The guy i dated was crazy as hell and till this day he stalks me ive looked out my peek hole on my door and he was beating on my door with a gun. So when in the end all u have is yourself and only u can leave. So all i can say is be strong and move on and live your life.

It’s real messed up that evryone can blame Chris Brown for everything. There has been statements of Rhianna also being agressive, and abusive is not being said. The blame shouldbe put on both of them. Yes I have been around an abusive realationship and I am alos carribean like Rhianna and carribean women don’t go for a man putting their hands on us without consquences. I am not here to judge anyone but give BLAME where BLAME is due.

This is Robin Givens trying to get some spot light again. Her incident was a decade ago and she needs to let it go! She was and will always be a gold digger with no life and we don’t know what the true ordeal was between Rhianna and Chris so she; along with Oprah Winfrey needs to just mind their own business. I back up Chris Brown 100% because it takes two to tangle and hopefully the truth will come out. Society has made it a women’s world when it comes to abuse but men also get abused as well.
