[...] When it comes to athletic bodies, no one is a prime example of pure healthy sexiness than Jessica Beil. Her fit, athletic yet curvaceous, well proportioned body perfectly demonstrates that beauty and sexiness is a function of good health, activeness and self-love. Yes self-love! how you feel about yourself and your body shows in your attitude, your clothing and your persona. So how you carry yourself and flaunt your assets, does just as much good to you as hours in the gym and certainly better than months of dieting. But of course you better not get carried away with this “self-love”, never let it get to your head. Its no wonder that for a decade now, women, specially successful self-assured women are wearing less and less and reveal more and more. [...]

Wow it is so ironic that we have this subject here and women like seductive -angel talking about one's self respect. And then you go to her page and it is a contradiction, got her titties all out in the mirror.LMAO You say in your comments less is never more, but since you have big titties that's what you are showing everybody. Low self esteem no matter what you say.LOL

Sells that's all that's it, long as y'all keep wearin provocative and revealing clothes NIGGAS no MEN r gonna stare and wanna see more, cuz we r sexual beings, women r sensual beings, meanin they can see another fine woman, and compliment her on what she's wearin and not seem lesbian, or gay, but guys we can't do that, we can't compliment another dude and not seem gay, so that's all there is to it, sex sells, and women sell sex better than men...

The ladies already know guys are undressing them with their minds already. Men should thank those that dress provocatively for not having us use our imagination as much. Just listen to the pick up lines men use to get the attention of women in skimpy outfits -- total lack of originality!

totally agree with peninsulachick about the feminist component. it's the unrealistic sexual ideals popular media pushes upon women/girls that steer them towards wanting to appear like a "sexy super model", instead of themselves. We need to see the beauty in variety!!!

Stupid article, poorly written --okay, horribly written. The question is one with a simple answer, however: no standards. We are allowing television to tell us what is "sexy". Silly to blame women's lib, especially since what is "sexy" is what is dictated by the hip-hop/rap videos that bombard us with images of scantily-clad, mindless, oversexed bimboes ready to indulge a man's every whim. None of those are tenets of the feminist movement, rather the anti-feminist rap stars who mysogenize women regularly. Then, the fact that all a scantily-clad female of average looks and NO real visible talent needs to do is strut around in high heels and little more than a bikini to be regarded as one of the hottest R & B stars today(Beyonce), sends a message that the only requirement for a female to be successful in today's world is to be sexually available at all times, which of course involves "baring it all". Meanwhile, artists such as Jill Scott, India.Arie, Alicia Keys (to name a few)possess FAR more talent and natural ability than the sex kitten that is Beyonce, and they are not the top-selling female artist of the year, although their music encourages women to think more about their inner selves, and not the half naked exterior.
In the future, please proofread these articles prior to posting. This article was actually painful to read.

i always get called a tom boy because i dont wake up and throw on high heeled shoes and skin tight jeans with the titties tops. but when i do decide to get sexy i am often asked why i dont dress like that all the time.. i dont feel like what i wear makes me as a woman.. i remember dressing in less clothing and all i got was unwanted attention. it doesnt matter what and how much i wear but how i feel. and i get upset when i go places and women look like they belong in a strip club at 3 in the afternoon. i dont knock no one for what they wear but sometimes its a bit too much if i must say. i knew women was getting skanky when my 4 year old daughter asked me why a lady was at her friend's birthday party with panties( boy shorts) on ( they was really what we call daisy dukes or short shorts).. all i could say is women shouldn't dress like that and give my baby girl reason why we dont dress like that. but to each its own i guess...

It is pretty simple women that dress showing their assets don't really feel good about themselves and feel that that they are only worth something when the opposite sex notices them and gives tthem a compliment of some sort. Less is never more. Dressing revealing is just saying that there is no respect for one's self. It should be kept class not trashy. Everyone should not have the pleasure of seeing your body. Women need to realize that their worth comes not from their bodies, but their minds and souls. We as women need to stand up and make men take us seriously think about this why would a man respect you if you already showed him and his boys your "goodies". Women need to realize that we are all more than our bodies and we have alot to offer.

It's not about feminisim~ woman who (under)dress are attempting to gain attention in talk anyway possible. To feed their low self esteem. Old Hollywood saying "Any publicity is good publicity" or "When they aren't talking about you, that's when you worry".

These girls are being raised by parent(s) who grew up watching woman being praised and held to a high regard for bouncing and shaking their t-n-a. Video hoes are now getting movie deals, book deals, and are being interviewed on the morning news. What standards are we raising are young woman to have? Who is home to explain the difference between "women" on videos and women (ladies) who are in lab coats and in board rooms?

As far as attention, it's all in how you carry your self. I can be in a LDB or sweats and a T and still get the same pull from men...why is that? Cuzz I KNOW I am fearfully and wonderfully made and you can't coverup inner beauty and you can't expose it in a string bikini.

Do I dress sexxxy? Dang straight but not only is it pleasing to a man's eye, but it stimulates his brain/imagination as well.

Keep it Classy Ladies....
