LOS ANGELES (AP) — Michael Jackson’s arms were covered with punctures, his face and neck were scarred and he had tattooed eyebrows and lips, but he wasn’t the sickly skeleton of a man portrayed by tabloids, according to his autopsy report obtained by The Associated Press.
His heart was strong but his lungs were inflamed.

The report says Jackson’s stomach had no obvious signs of pills, nor were illegal drugs or alcohol detected.
The manner of death — already reported to be a homicide — was based in part on Propofol administered in a non-hospital setting.
