My wishes for these children is that the custody decisions are made expiditiously after thorough investigations into all the intentions of anyone who wants custody of the kids. These children have had to deal with enough drama throughout their lives without having to bounce from home to home the rest of their adolesence.

It seems to me that Janet would be the most viable choice of people to raise her brother’s children; it appears they are comfortable with her, and have expressed a desire to be with her. I don’t believe that theirs ought to be the final say (they are children, and don’t really know what’s best), but given the alternative of a bio-mom who has been absent, and was complicit in the ethically questionable conception/birth/custody of these children(she was greatly financially compensated), and a grandmother who was unable/unwilling to stand up for and protect their father when he was a child, I would say that their aunt, seems an excellent choice. If she is willing, as this article claims. She, having grown up in the spotlight, understands the need for privacy, and am sure would do her absolute BEST to protect theirs. I hope the best for these children now and in the future.

Katherine did not protect her children espec MJ so y should she have custody for Joe to come in a nd snatch them away and make them his new money makers…Rowe doesn’t need them either they really don’t know her she’s been absent a real mother wouldn’t let anyone tell her to sign over her rights as mother and to never seek custody then when she does takes a pay day and leave everything alone like she never had children. Janet wants children n is right about now the only one who is stable enough to care for them n not put strain on her family (being that she doesn’t have one). Why is everyone trying to give these kids to donors please these kids back to the donor. If everyone use common sense. Michael was the father of these kids and had sole custody. My question is would you give an adopted child back to the biological parents after the adopted parents die. Better yet talk to the people who had sperm, eggs and embryos donated to them. All I can see is the issue is RACE. get over it people these are his kids. Once you give up parental rights you have no say so nor can you get the kids back. Case open and shut. If you’re going to make a comment do your research and make sure you have evidence to back it up.

If Janet doesn’t take them then I think Rebie should. Janet has the money to care for them. Rebie has the quiet, stable, married life and kids of her own to offer them. I think Katherine has learned from her past mistakes and would do her best for the kids, but she is 79. I doubt she’ll be able to raise them to adulthood. I thought she should have done more to protect her own children, but according to my 85 year old grandma, that is how it was in those days. parents beat their kids and wives submitted to their husbands right or wrong.The only thing I want to see for certain is that Joe Jackson doesn’t get his hands on the kids or their money. As for Michael not being their biological daddy who cares. Adopted children are legally and emotionally the children of the parents who loved and raised them. We can see from Paris’s emotional speech at her daddy’s funeral that Michael Jackson was a good father. He might have been crazy in other areas, but he took good care of those kids or at least made sure the nanny did. I don’t see anybody telling Angelina Jolie, Tom Cruise or Stephen Speilburg to give back their black and asian kids and just keep their natural born white children. So why should the Jackson family have to return their white grandkids to strangers who didn’t raise them?
