After all the backlash Jamie Foxx got from dissing teen queen Miley Cyrus on his weekend radio show, he decided to publicly apologize on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”. Watch the video below. Do you think he really means it, or was he just covering his butt? Hmmm…..
