With a series of editorials showcasing their use of highly conceptualized themes & exquisite styling, Patton poses for her “Body Double” spread as both a man and a woman. No matter what she’s wearing though, it’s clear she can pull it off.

    yeah she’s in Precious and Idlewild. She is Gorgeous…Thicke pulled him one on this one. She’s still hot to me, could care less how she dresses but she was SEXYYYYYYY in Idlewild though.
