I’m still in shock that he’s no longer here with us. He has set the tone of motivation that exceeds culture barriers. There will never be another Micheal Jackson. I use to watch him as a little kid especially when he won 13 awards at the awards show and when I went to school, everybody in school was talking about him and especially when he did the moon walk.

i remember growing up with michael jackson and the jackson 5 playing in my house, my grandparents house, the car rides places and it never got old. i remember my mom tellin me i would always watch his music videos on tv. i would get really close and be amazed and stunned. i would try to do the dances along with him. my first song i sang at the age of 4 was thriller and i remember doing the dance at a talent show. he was my inspiration and hero as well as for many others around the world. it is a shame that he was taken so soon. we have truely lost a musical icon and genius. r.i.p. michael. your music, life, and legacy will live on for years and generations to come.

Right now I am listening to “Who’s Loving You?” But Michael Jackson had so many songs that I liked. I can only say that about a handful of artist and most are all old school… They don’t make em like Michael Jackson anymore…. My daughter is on youtube right now viewing who MJ really was all about. He even had a cartoon show! I used to watch it every Saturday morning growing up. Now she can see what I mean when I say he never put on a bad performance. He also sounded just like the record. He didn’t need any computer enhancements unless it was for graphics in videos. He was way before his time with his creativity and created avenues for other black artists. Actually, every black performer whose video has been played on MTV should thank Michael Jackson! His Thriller video made that possible. i still cant believe michael is gone, i grew up on him, beat it, thriller, remember the time, i cant even look at his pics or watch his videos because i think i will faint. he influenced so many artists and inspire so many ppl its hard to say that he is gone. im so glad that my generation got to see “THE GREATEST” pop sensation ever!!! i feel bad for the kids coming up in the world because they will never get to experience what i experienced when michael was alive, R.I.P Michael Jackson may your soul rest in peace.

I really don’t know what to say right now because I’m still in shock about news of his death. But I know one thing and that is Michael is the best entertainer in the whole world. A Tribute To Micheal Jackson:

Thursday Of yesterday, turned out to be a sad day,

The world came together and witnessed, A living legend go away.

Micheal brought a lot of love, and He entertained me,

He was the greatest entertainer – that this world will ever see.

I can imagine when God called him, God must have needed him there,

To sing tenor in the choir – and entertain in dreams every where.

The songs that Micheal sang – As I think, they’ll remain -

To bring tears to my eyes, because they’ve healed a lot of pain.

What really got my attention – Is how the media tried to destroy,

The anointing that God had placed – on this anointed little boy.

The world can never take away, but it can set out to hurt,

And try to destroy the seed of God – before It catch root in the dirt.

They crucified my Jesus, and made Micheal head drop,

As they crowned him with accusations – then called him the king of pop.

Micheal Jackson just may be dead, but his spirit will never be gone,

He left a musical legacy – that will forever carry on.

The departure of his body, I guess it’s the thought that will forever hurt,

But remember the seeds God plant – He plant them deep down in the dirt.

One day God will call our number, and our time will finally come,

We’ll have to stand in the line of judgment, and give account for all we’ve done.

Give account for all deceit, give account for all the lies,,

Give account for all the times – we’ve committed adultery on our wives.

We have to bear fruit, as we’ve read our Jesus say,

You’ll have a greater award in Heaven – than on earth you could have ever made.

R.I.P. Michael you were a big part of my childhood. The very first song I can remember was Billie Jean I was 4 years old and my father would always play your music they were my earliest memories.

Then it hurt me when I was watching 106 and park and roxy and terrence announced that they will further find out more in the condition of the king but they didn’t know on that side of town that he was dead already and it was so sad when they found out the news. My birthday is three days before his – from the beginning he affected my life. I had a collage poster of him over my CRIB when I was three – my aunt left it there and I associated the music with that picture – and have loved him ever since. It’s because of him that I sing, becuase of him that I love the stage, he’s the reason I started singing and writing at four. I am hurt and angry that he’s gone – I truly believe those doctors that kept giving him medication were the blame. I truly do. His death was untimely and not natural at all. I truly wish for three things – one, that he had allowed himself to be with a woman of color that would have protected him, two, that he had eaten better and took better care of him self, and three, I wish I to God I could have known him and been there for him as a true friend.

Micheal Jackson I met him before. As I think back in the day. When he came to Town in !987 World tour with his brother’s. You know too think about it they had there kids with them on that tour. Man it was the best show I ever seen before beside Earth Wind and Fre. Micheal Why did he have to come back here the white’s hate him. Now they all up in the family face acting like they love him? Now we as a people know that it’s fake. Just think when he put to rest . I hope it dose not take three years.Like they did James Brown. Let me ask you people on this site. Michael I miss and will continue to miss you dearly… your musiq was very unique and in a sense a great part of hip hop and r&b died with you. You never degraded women and you spoke about real world issues… hell all we left with is shoot em up bang bang and musiq that moves your body but doesn’t provoke your thoughts…you were the most compassionate musical being…thank you for giving us such great musiq for the last few decades…every time I hear Man in the Mirror i’m just in awe at how such a simple concept could make a beautiful and moving song…losing you was like losing a big brother…I love you MJ you could never be replaced… no matter what ppl say your were a great entertainer I’m glad that you are now away from all the criticism and judging eyes…may you rest in perfect peace…

Everyone has a right to pay tribute to whoever they want to. Micheal was an icon to EVERYONE! Jay-Z need to sit his ass down somewhere. Who cares if he is president of a compnay or whatever. His songs aren’t all that anyway. I’m sure he’s done some wrong in his life,it just hasn’t came out yet!

Your heart has always stayed sweet, but the press and others tried to make you into a monster. While here on earth you suffered alot in order to just live. All along, I just wanted you to be happy.

Even though Michael’s funeral is this Friday, it’s still hard to believe that he’s gone. I have been looking at every tribute to Michael and will continue looking at them. I have all of his short films, his concert from the Dangerous CD that was shown on HBO, his interview with Oprah in 1993, the number one hits. I look at them all the time. I’ll never forget you Michael. I’m so envious of those that got to meet him, got to see his concerts in person, got autographs of him. That’s something I’ve dreamed of doing but won’t get to do. My favorite song and video is Dirty Diana but I really love everything he’s done. I miss him so much. I still can’t believe it. It just doesn’t seem real….

Michael Jackson escaped his race on the sneaky tip. It’s not that black people turned their backs on him, black people were in denial about the evolution of him going from black to white for years until they finally decided to accept the truth. Phase one was the hair. He went straight from Soul Glow to Pert Plus. Black people thought about it and went — naaaaah… then comes the second phase; the nose job. Black people thought about it, then again said —–naaaaah. Third phase was the skin tone. Again, black people thought about it———-naaaaah. Fourth phase was him making his wife a white woman which is nothing major but given his history, it raised concern. Black people thought about it—– naaaaaah. The fifth and final phase Michael went through where as black people accepted that he was trying to escape his race was the fact that his only candidates to bare his children were nothing but white women. After that, we were officially out of denial. The only thing about it that really has me looking at him sideways now is the fact that he wanted to be white so bad; he faked the fact that white kids were biologically his up to his death. All in all, I must say that he was a great entertainer and will truly be missed. I just will not speak a lie or make excuses for what’s obviously in some way true. I have no beef or disrespect for the man, but he did have an identity crisis issue against his own race. But for some reason regardless, I’m still pissed that he’s gone. R.I.P Michael.
