As for the scandal behind his children, any educated individual would have known that those beautiful kids were not his biologically. I think a paternity will answer everyone’s questions. If those white folks were running a sham on Jackson I would hope there’d be some prosecution, but I don’t think there are laws addressing this sort of intentional paternity misplacement.

All of this doesn’t matter. Michael was a great father to these kids who have only known him as their father since birth. Anyone can be a sperm or egg donor, but it takes a special person to be a loving and nurturing parent. The mother has openly stated that she had no feelings for the kids and only carried them as a favor. I don’t think she should ever have custody since she had already sold them. Katherine seems like a loving parent and obviouly Michael trusted her enough to raise his kids. She knows the pain that Michael encountered as a child and will never allow that to happen to his kids. Besides, unlike the survival state they were in when raising Michael, I don’t think she’ll let Joe interfer in the raising of these kids and they come with a nanny to assist with the daily activities. Biological nature of a parent doesn’t mean anything. What matters is a person who is willing to give their all and provide the unconditional love to these kids. That person was Michael Jackson. He was the mother and father for these kids. Why after tarnish that after all of these years. The kids are almost teenagers now. As far as race, Michael had a vision as to how he wanted to look and was brave enough to do it. Why do people think they are so all mighty that everything has to be based on their approval. His imagine changing didn’t have to be justified for any reason to anyone, especially to us. It was his decision to make, not ours. One thing comes to mind…crabs in a barrel. IF this is true and I do mean IF, then these kids should be the poster children, literally, for why people should not be allowed to play God with petrie dishes, test tubes, turkey basters and the like. Who’s to say that Michael Jackson was a GREAT father? We know absolutely NOTHING about what went on in that house. We do know that his lifestyle was UNUSUAL, to say the least. We do know that his behavior was less than what we’d consider normal. We also know that he had enough money to buy zoo animals, fantasy amusement parks and last but not least, children. Michael was a talented artist, but his gift gave others an opportunity to rape and disfigure him. God only knows what actually happened to Michael Jackson. When you listen to his timid voice, read about his abnormal behavior and watch how he behaved as a grown man in an industry that is unforgiving, you wonder, “what the hell happened to him”? Noone seems to care about whether or not HE was molested, abused, or totally screwed up.
