Sometimes Oprah annoys me. While I’m sure she’ll open the stage for Rhianna, she won’t even let Chris tell his side of the story. Granted, what he did was wrong. But, it’s still unfair. I go on roughly 15 domestic violence call every night on my shift. A lot of the time it is the woman fault and she put herself in a man’s position when she put her hands on a man first. I really believe that Oprah should reconsider having Chris on the show. The overall interview which would relieve quite a lot of anxiety for fans and woman and men who have really had first hand experience with abuse. It could actually be used as alearning tool for the betterment of uneducated people. Abusers take on a different stance/role before, after, during and after the process. Oprah could very well use it as a serious series of eduaction and elevation for abuse victims in the future.
I pray she reconsiders and place anger where is really needs to be. A counselor could be present on the show and address some very important and very significant issues with Chris present.
This however is just my opinion being a victim of domestic violence myself in the past. It really needs to be addressed further because I don’t want it to be my daughter or sisters one day because of lack of education and lack of involvement from the community.

I thought about this whole domestic dispute and I have to say I am not entirely sure Chris is absolutely wrong in this. If I think about placing myself in his shoes. I was so angry with her for that show after the incident where she put ROBIN GIVENS on and basically had a “Chris Brown is a terrible human being!” party. They were making all manner of comments about what he did and how a man should never hit a woman under any circ**stances. NONE of them were there! Noibody knows exactly what happened but Chris and Rhianna. They were saying that no matter WHAT a woman does or says a man shouldnt hit her- and that’s true. But they failed to say was that men are just as human as women and have just as many emotions as women so a woman should be careful what she says and does in the heat of the moment becauseof the consequences that can occur. They way they were speaking was just saying that women have free reign to do and say whatever they want and a man should stand there and take it or walk away.
