I think first and foremost a lot of individuals are missing the point. Who really cares whether or not the children look like him? The issue is about this woman coming forward after years of not being involved in her so called childrens’ lives and wanting to gain custody over them. I think the kids should go to Rebee Jackson–or however you spell her name–who is the oldest sister. She seems like the most stable one out of them all. That’s not the way it works Notoriouz. You can’t “will” your children to someone. It’s just not something that the law allows. In the end, despite what anyone here thinks, she is the mother, hasn’t given up parental rights (only custodial rights) and now that the custodial parent is dead, she has the “right” to take her children to raise, as long as she is a “fit” person. In the end, she is going to get those children, which ultimately means she is going to get paid, which is probably what this is all about. But to think that Michael can cut her out of their lives by “willing” the children to 3rd persons is utter nonsense. It’s not gonna happen, nor should it, to be quite honest.

If 1 parent gave up their rights and the the custodial parent dies and “wills” their children off, YES, it can be done! Other than that, there is no direction as to what should happen to the children. Not to mention, if it couldn’t be done, Michael’s lawyer would have told him that that was impossible to do. Debbie gave up her rights and she wants to be greedy! Katherine will most likely keep the children for good.

Sometimes we have to quiet our own the desires for the well being of another. There are three children who grew up together. One she has never been in their life, and two after this time of mourning, you’re going to slip them up? We want to end the cycle of displacement during childhood. I know this has been mentioned before, but Debbie Rowe’s parental rights WERE NEVER waived. A court deemed the original case to waive her custodial rights null. Therefore, at anytime, she could have sought custody for her kids. What’s the difference if she was deceased and MJ was seeking custody? What if Michael was the absentee parent? This happens everyday in America! A classmate of mine passed away a few years back and her mother sought custody of her. She lost because her absentee(not in the home) father sought custody and won. Those kids are indeed Michael Jackson no matter how they were concieved. The lady name Garbrialle whom played Fancy on the Jamie Fox show have twin by a white man her kids look just like Michael’s kids they have blonde hair and blue google her . Angeina and other have black kids and people leave her alone leave this man and kids alone. And Debbie Rowe isnt going to get nor does that blood sucking money hungry deserves those kids.
