i think rihanna would make a good eartha kitt. she has the complexion and voice and accent for it.

Beyonce is a good prformer but I think acting is not one of her strong points. I have come to notice that she acts better in her videos than in her movie roles. So playing Eartha Kitt will be a struggle.

If any thing if she is serious about being an actor, why not participate in roles that reflect her own abilty to act. I see one of our serious actresses already established playing the role of Eartha Kitt. Possibly Angela Basset… somebody that will do justice to the tragedy and joys of Eartha Kitt’s Life.

Ms Stamped…. I LOVE YOU! Beyonce “ain’t no Eartha”. This isn’t just about her voice, her acting, or “accent” (c’mon ¿r u serious?) What it’s about iswhat it’s about isunderstandin what “swing” is and to have it in your blood. Something with far to many layers to even try to waste time go on about. This is the stuff from the days before the word “diva” was a title you could win on a bubblegum wrapper. If I could play her, I would. But since I haven’t earned my star status just yet – I PRAY that just ’bout anyone playes Eartha, just ’bout anyone but Beyonce! pleaaaase!
