I need you all ignorant idiots to stop for a minute! This is getting out of hand, i understand it’s 2009, but these are KIDS ! First of all the song shouldn’t have been sung at all !! Everybody else adjusted their initial plan to commemorate MJ and he should have also! How dare any of you even think it’s okay for such a FOWL song to be even sung at all on the radio, talkless of on air like that. Poor song selection by the artist, but when it comes down to it BET had the final say so. And they dropped the ball, out of all the people involved no one had the sense to say no.

They were on the stage with their daddy, their mommas were in the front row, they knew the words to every song, since the video is on 106 and they are way worse then the lil two step the girls were doing. There’s no need to apologize Drake, if it’s that serious BET needs to pull alot of the videos off of 106 & park a show for preteen and teen(The age of the 4 girls). Wayne’s daughter wanted go on stage but he had already gotten his award. So he let her go on stage during his performance.
Which was admittedly horrible.
Also stop acting as if this was meant to go smoothly.
It was bound to be bad. Look at how quickly they tried to put it together.
I wonder why no one is attacking Ving Rhames.
The comment he made was embarassing even if he was “Acting”.

These artists are young and foolish. Even though they should be held accountable for thier actions, people fail to realize that Deborah Lee, owner of BET is an older woman who oversees everything. She should have thought that maybe their choice of songs was not appropriate for the show, especially after Michael’s passing, which the show was centered around. She should have thought that Mr. Joe Jackson, who was seated front row, and Mr. Don Cornelious and other elders, as well as the many minors in the audience, such as Keke palmer and the young man whom presented an award alongside her, did not need to be exposed to that performance. I am sure that she knew Drake and Weezy’s choice of songs prior to the awards, but allowed this to happen, just as she allows millions of videos that degrade women and blacks in general to run on a regular basis, because she figures that this kind of thing is what young, black America can relate to, and that if this sort of thing does not go on then she will lose ratings. I believe in pointing fingers at the right people, and she should be the one issuing apologies…for a lot of thing, not just this distasteful awards.

I personally dont like Lilwayne and feel like this performance is being taking to seriously they were not dress in a sexual way at. Reality is that a lot of if not all of Wayne’s music is very sexual and doesnt respect woman but at the end of the day thats his daughter and they cant change that. I do feel like he did try to change the words around to have a pg feel once the little girls came out. I’m a mom of a 15 n 8 year old and the performance was fine let it go stop picking.

Exclusively if you feel that singing everygirl with a bunch of lil girls on stage is acceptable whether or not those were their kids or not you have serious issues.
