Man, f**k dat b***h. I love how ppl keep saying a real man never hits a woman. Let’s be realistic here, no one unless they’re on drugs or are alcoholics maybe, strikes another person w/o provocation. That being said men are human beings too. There is only so much a person can take before they snap on someone’s ass. These ppl are celebrities, the stress of trying be perfect for the camera gets to them more than we can imagine. Then add a nagging female to the picture, perfect remedy for disaster. Sometimes we as females don’t know when to shut up and give our counterparts breathing space and then when s**t like this happens we wanna play the victims and act like we didn’t do anything. That being said, IT IS NOT RIGHT FOR ANY ONE TO ABUSE ANOTHER PERSON, but if you keep going back than how strong are you really RI-RI?? The 1st time your significant other strikes you, it’s a sign that the two of you are not compatible. It is his fault for not being able to control his emotions, but yours for enabling him by enduring it.

The fact that she wants to talk weeks b4 her cd drops makes me say hmmmmmmmmmm. The fact is most women, girls that are in relationships like this are numb to the fact that they get hit. They probably hit back just as much and even toss the 1st blow. Their numb to it because they are a part of it. I feel like that’s more than likely the reason she is sort of using this as a tool to sell her cd.

She’s older than him, she has enough resources to go and be where she would have been safe, but after all those times of him hitting her she went back instead of walking away. CB feels like he can do what he wants to do because she kept coming back for it on top of his wealth. Bottom line after the 1st time, both are to blame. She should have got him arrested the first time, left him alone the first time and never looked back. That being said I think its time we let them move on and that they move on.

Chris Brown may have done his part in all of this, but so has this young lady, and I don’t consider her to be a victim because she was/is financially independent of him and has a support system that was there during their rocky relationship. She went back because she thrived on the drama.

I know abuse and women who have been abused. She is not one of these women.

Side note: the fact that she tries to portray this tough girl image with all the bdsm wear is ironic and a bit laughable when you see her–a whiney little Bajan–wear it.

First i don’t condone what he did…however, I think alot of women and young girls provoke dudes. Everyone has a breaking point. I didn’t watch the interview cause it’s something about her rubbing me the wrong way. I’ve read somewhere before that she hit him first, she took the keys out the car and threw them. I can’t believe all the IGNORANCE that I see on these blogs (smh). For you “feeble” minded individuals: STOP RATIONALIZING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE!!! Women die at the hands of an abuser every minute and they are NOT “provoked”. You can swing on Chris’ nuts all day and be his #1 fan but that does not make him perfect. I grew up with overly loving parents.35 years of marriage this dec…my father was my first Protector who loved,cherished,showed me how to throw a softball,took me everywhere….Showed me how special my mother was to him by treating her above and beyond a queen and my mom treating my dad like a king..They never hit each other.They had so much respect for each other and for me and my brother..My example of love between a MAN and WOMEN doesnt involve VIOLENCE….They didnt work out what little differences they had by hitting on each other.They had more respect for each other than that.
Dad was my first example of what a real MAN does..He PROTECTED me,consoled,me,showed me things,was happy to have a daughter and understood that he had to show me that I was worthy of being treated with respect and dignity by MEN..He showed me that its NOT ok for a MAN to HIT me PERIOD….My MOTHER showed me how to LOVE a REAL MAN..TRUST ME,,,I KNOW HOW thanks to HER..That a man should never misuse his strength and power against a woman.Just so you have an idea,my dad was a former football player and baseball player.6’2 athletic ,big like hulk hogan..could snap your neck like nothing,but never misused his strength.mom,5’2 125 pounds.
