First of all, I didn’t hear the ‘n’ word said in EITHER video’s audio. I speak English AND passable Croatian, and didn’t hear the ‘n’ word so, if anyone DID, please tell us at which minute this happened so the tape can be examined.

Secondly, paparazzi is brutal everywhere period. Whether in Europe, the States – paparazzi purposedly follows people and provokes them to get the shots that earn the cash. Paparazzi operate at their worst nature to profit it from it.

Thirdly, generalizing Croatian people because of ONE paparazzi individual is ignorant. I have never in my life met a Croatian (and I AM one who is related to a whole multitude!) who has EVER disrespected anyone of African-American/Pan-African descent verbally/physically and/or sexually. Croatians were too busy surviving against the many powers who attempted to overlord them for the past 600 years to be bothered with anyone else outside South-Eastern Europe. Remember, the majority of Europe were NOT colonial powers (Croatian being one of the non-colonizing powers) so any cultural hatred here has no historical context.

And fourthly, Croatians are CROATIANS. We are not ‘white’. The only ‘white’ people in the world are people of North-Western European descent. ‘Race science’ is a several hundred year old concept created by North-Western Europeans (including the French) to justify overlording and global colonization. Many times when Southern-Eastern European migrated they were labelled other and sometimes even ‘black’ due to the fact they were not considered ‘white’ (even in the last decade if you migrate to New Zealand if you are Croatian you are not ‘white’ but labelled ‘Other’ by Government officials). American culture may promote and believe steadfastly in the the social myth of ‘race’ but everywhere else in the world people affiliate themselves with culture/clan/tribe. Race usually falls last.

Lastly, though I don’t believe people should be harassed by anyone, if someone pursues fame zealously don’t be disturbed when people seek you out to profit from YOU. If people did not know about you, they would not INVEST in you nor would they seek to exploit your image to secure the monies they want to emulate YOUR lavish life. I have yet to hear of a celebrity putting out a restraining order against anyone with a camera/press-pass so evidently all press is good press.
