It really touches my heart to see how wonderful and loving of a mother Kelis is becoming. I hope Nas makes his affection and presence in the child’s life just as powerful as hers.

ok, Are you suppose to have the baby out that young?

Usually your not suppose to have your baby outside until after there two month shot! I wish her luck! 24 hour nurse for a newborn is crazy there are only up @ a max 4 hours a day!

Yes you can have them outside. My son went to church @ 2 days old. They give them the K shot before they leave the hospital now. They go right back outside within a week for the doctor. A month for hep B shot. It must be warm outside as well since she doesn’t have a jacket on! I’m glad she loves her baby!

Not having them outside is old wives tales. Any Pediatrician will tell you that unless you had your baby in a bubble…they have been exposed to germs and as a result can be outside. A nice walk actually soothes both the mother and baby so that they can relax.

I am assuming the baby is like a week old now?!? If she is feeling good (which she “seemingly” is) and it appears the weather is accomodating, a STROLL is the perfect antidote for being cooped up in a house (or bed) for days on end. It seems like it has been a tumultuous pregnancy for her so I hope her parenting experience will be rewarding for both her and Nas. Best wishes to the new parents…babies are indeed a BLESSING :).
