It would need to be more info than that to believe Alicia was involved. Why couldn’t he have been seeing other people during the tour time frame. I love and respect Alicia Keys for more than her talent and beauty, in that she is a socially and politically-conscious young person in this era of what I see as a “decadent” hip-hop and rap era which is inundated with individuals who sell and promote counter-productive images and messages through song and dance and film. In other words a lot of the pop-culture high-profile entertainers have prostituted themselves and sold thier souls to the devil. Ms Alicia has remained rock-steady and I am so glad to see that she refuses to bare her skin by wearing scantily-clad and skimpy attire to sell her songs. In other words I believe she is a woman of integrity and respect. I wish it were me who was her significant other because there wouldn’t be any controversy. LOL! GOD BLESS YOUR MINISTRY TO ALL!

I agree, if the woman doesn’t have other evidence to prove Alicia Keys was truly with Swizz Beats, then she doesn’t need to blame her. He could have been taking another female out to fancy places, and using Keys as a cover up. My advice is checking your man, because he is/was your man. Its amazing how easily people fall prey to any propaganda that circulates about others. That woman could be blaming Alicia for something that has nothing to do with her. How do any of us know that some groppie, or roadie isn’t the one he is cheating with, if he is cheating at all. Better still, maybe she is the reason he is acting different. I love Alicia just as much as the next person, she is my favorite singer, but come on people lets be real. Yes, no one knows the true story but those involved however let’s not hate on Mashonda.

Mashonda knows her husband and knows whats going on, it was probably more then just receipts, but just like you she would rather keep some of the more intimate details to herself.

And If Alicia is the culprit then so be it. These people are grown and and she is going to have to deal with the consequences. We can’t judge her but at the same time don’t say she didn’t do it cause you like her music. She is a person just like the rest of us.

What we all should be applauding is how well Mashonda is dealing with this, how she has kept her head and stayed strong. More importantly that she and Swizz are trying to remain a decent relationship for their SON.
