Moments like this makes me proud to be a Black man in America. And I will be even prouder to find myself a woman as wonderful as First Lady Obama to share my life with. GOOOOOAAAALLL!!! lol

I admire Mrs. Obama, she is the true definition of a strong Black woman.

You know, the first lady was thought to become president before Obama, thats telling you something right there. With her doing her “first lady roles” there nothing wrong with her trying to get kids in shape. Childhood obesity is ramped in the black community, hell, obesity period, so what she is doing shows that they care about the youth of tomorrow who will be controlling this country after our old aZZes die. so, lastmanstandingtall, i know you don’t care about this because she’s just the “wife” of the pres, but damit i feel like she’s doing and showing something that needs to be shown, black folks being active besides trying to make millions in the nba/nfl, etc. just being healthy.

That’s Southside the of Chicago for ya!!! The Chicago Women, We just built like that. It makes me proud of my choice to vote for President Obama. His wife is just Super.

when was the LAST TIME you witnessed any first lady partaking in any physical activity?
it is just so happen that the new so called FIRST FAMILY(of what?) has 2 be given A ball, any ball and watch them revert in2 their true nature(stereotypical)….lmao….the undertones of this article is astounding 2 say the least and if you have not taken notice of it then carry on

the women on the SS of chicago are nice but the women on the WS are more sociable and inclined 2 engagin N2 more activities with fella’s ….. seems like women on the wesside are a lil more genuine……and I live on the SS born and raised

To those of you who feel this is not news worthy, you better think again. This is not about her playing soccer its about her getting involved with our nations children and the heath crisis we are facing due to LAZY ASS PARENTS!! Sorry, but I had to say it. There are too many fat kids (and adults for that matter) running (hahaha) around this nation and no one is doing anything about it. Lets face it, its not the kids buying all the unhealthy food, it’s the parents. Its also the parents chosing to put a movie in and ploppin their kid down in front of the TV INSTEAD of getting out and maybe playing soccer with their kids, for example, or simply any other form of physical activety. Simply put, our obese kids (and adults) are in danger, and for fear of “hurting feelings” no one speaks up on it. We know better so shouldn’t we be doing better?!?!??!

Seriously though, it’s great to see her promoting physical fitness amongst the youth. I know the President’s Fitness Program has been around forever, but it’s still good to see, with the concerns over youth obsesity…

Mrs Obama is awesome. Check out the balance, the good close control, the nifty footwork. Even Ronaldinho would approve. Lets see Laura Bush try that. LOL

She’s probably the only First Lady who’s had the physical ability to take part in such activity. LOL!! Good for her!

She looks amazing and obesity is a serious issue that killing our communities…

Wake up people and make an attempt to see the positive side of her bringing awareness to this issue… Even if you don’t care for her as 1st lady, even if you don’t think she looked fantastic (like I do) still take the positive route and be happy that she’s helping to shine a light on a very serious issue…

See…if we had had a beautiful black first family like the Obamas in the whitehouse when I was a child I wouldnt be fat now..,.LMAO!
