Did Christina Milian And The Dream Get Married?

We just came across this little item and wanted to share with you.  It looks like Christina Milian and boyfriend The Dream may actually be husband and wife.  Ybf.com is saying that a major celebrity music executive spilled the beans about the couples recent secret marriage. Apparently, folks involved in The Dream’s label were talking about it amongst themselves and were overheard.
