UPDATE: We told you about Akon knocking up groupie Susan Awori while on tour last year, well it looks like Akon has accepted his financial responsibilities for his son born to a sister of Ugandan fashion designer Sylvie Owori.
Seems like Susan Owori couldn’t get in contact with the Senegalese singer to serve him with papers, so to get his attention, she sold her story to a tabloid.
We’re thinking it worked because according to the NY Daily News, the singer said the following:
“I think kids are a blessing,” said the currently married sex symbol. “[To set the record straight], I never ran away from my responsibilities and I never plan to. Everything I am doing now is for [my other five kids] anyway, so the more kids I can have, the better. I just love them.”
Beaming with pride, Akon said, “It’s a boy and he’s handsome as hell.”

Looks like Weezy is not the only one that’s going to be a father. Akon aka Alliaune Thiam, may be the father of Susan Owori’s unborn child, the younger sister of Kampala fashion designer Sylvie Owori.
According to ybf.com this happened on the singer’s last trip to Uganda.
Apparently Akon and Owori have been hanging out in clubs from Dar to London and he even flew her to Atlanta, which caused her to break up with her boyfriend (UK-based Ugandan music duo) Da Twinz singers.
If this is true that will be baby #7!!! SMH
