In this day and age, it is up to the mothers of little girls to be role models…not female performers and such. Hmph…if you ask me, she is just greedy for the money that show would generate for her. Our little girls are our responsibility, not anyone elses! So what? Beyonce likes to wear dish towels made of leather to cover the naughty bits…that’s “her” tea. Peforming is just a job for her. Our concern, once again is to make sure that we as “women” make sure that we teach our girls the ins and outs of being “decent” women. All we can hope for is that what we teach them stays with them when they are adults and they are on their own. Carmelcaution, I agree 100%, it is “our” responsibility to be a “good role-model” for our kids. My OPINION is: Its not right to call yourself a role model for little girls then turn around and show them how to shake their butts. The main reason I say this is because I see so many kids that know how to do her dance but can’t tell you their ABC’s. Most of that is on the parents because they’d rather let their child watch videos all day and not something educational.

Yes they can stop her from performing, they have different rules there then America. If she wants to perform there then she will respect them! I want to see if she does, then that will show that she is a respectful and considerate “HUMAN BEING”. About being a Beyonce hater(LOL). In all the interviews she has done how often has she talked about the importance of getting tested for AIDS/HIV, respecting yourself, getting an education? Anything, other then her music?

Beyonce has a nice singing voice and I enjoy her music, however she is now a married woman and needs to cover her body up. I agree with the Muslim cultures about a woman is not to show her body, from neck to calves. No man should see that much of a woman’s body unless it is her man. If you cant make it like Aretha Franklin and Gladys Knight with your voice being your strong point, then maybe you need to get singing lessons. These women today sells sex not music. All I got to say is, you should be allowed to wear what you want. Its is your body, not the country’s body, not your husband body, but YOUR body. If I had her body I would be showing it off too.
