Being exclusive doesn’t matter. You don’t really know what anyone has, they could(unknowingly) have it before they even decide to lay with you. The best bet will always be wear a condom. Unless the two of you decide to get tested together just to be on the safe side, then by all means, f*ck away.

You don’t have to use the lubricated condoms. They make them non lubricated as well, add your own lube. They also come in flavors and they come in flavors for a reason
