I actually own this movie its pretty good, and sisters i’m going to spoil it for you, he doesn’t end up with a white woman he gets a beautiful sister in the end, the woman you see in the car was just someone he went on a date with. Yes, sometimes Black women can be pretty angry, but perhaps, they have good reason to be angry. Whenever I get to stay home from work, and catch an episode of some of the trash shows on television like Maury and Judge Mathis, I see why Black women are angry; and even more importantly, I see that White, Asian and Latino women are starting to get real angry too. On the judge shows, there is one case after the other of Black men with bad credit using their women to get cell phones, electric, gas, and rent. Some of them even have the audacity to have their women pay child support while they hang out on the couch, scratching their testicles. On Maury, I saw one Black man being accused of getting four different women pregnant, and he already had 12 children by 5 different women. 90% of the cases that I saw involved women of other races and ethnic groups other than Black. I laughed until tears literally rolled down my face. Now, the Caucasian, Asian, Middle-Eastern and Latino women who think Black men are such a great catch are getting a taste of what the Black woman has experienced for centuries. They are learning that while Black men might very well be good lovers, the consequence of that good loving (children) are often left unprovided for, and when you complain about them getting a job, the result is often a swift kick in your behind, and for good measure, they might just cheat on you with your best friend, or even worse — a relative. And you wonder why African-American women might be angry?

I know I have painted this picture with a broad brush because I know that not all Black men are like this, but not all Black women are angry either. My husband is a wonderful Black man, who loves, adores and provides for his children excellently. My father was equally as wonderful, but in the case of both Black men and Black women, there are the few who display their bad behavior prominently that leave the bad impression. Black men like to use the excuse of Black women’s anger for going outside of the race, but this breed of Black man is better off with their white and brown women. Let them make them miserable for a while. The Black woman has sustained and provided for the family for way too long. My sistahs, it is time that you explore men of other colors. The loyalty that you have had to Black men is not necessarily deserved. Go where you will be appreciated, and not disrespected. In the meantime, curb your instinct to be angry, and just SMILE, my sistahs, JUST SMILE.

It was a good film because it depicted a very assertive and successful black man instead of the negative portrayals that are constantly portrayed in the media circuit about men of color!

ive seen the movie and it was very good… me myself have been thru a bad relationship which had abuse and other things, that imm still dealing with. now a year after i still have the wound from this. yes im angry at me and what i let happen but im also mad at him, he never owned up to it every thing was because of me and what i did to him how i called the police because i couldnt get him to leave ,ive moved on got a great man but the bulls**t i went thru makes it hard to trust and move on further,,well my kid father sit there wit his girl talk s**t about me and they dont have a pot to piss inor a window to thro it out. his says ill never beat her ass like i did u yeah i f**ked all those women but i was wrong to fight back call the police.. he can sit there and claim happy,, and dont get me wrong i love my new man and im very very happy with him but because i have fallin so hard for this good man my scares from my kids father run all over me still ,,and i thought i was over all of that bulls**t ..now how do u move on? i pray and look to my new man and be open as i can be and im trying to allow my self heal with a man how will never hurt me .

First of all, as much as black women get categorize as angry. whats wrong with the headline is generalizing all black men thinks black women are angry. One thing I know, if I am going to be with a white woman it’s not because a black woman is angry. It is because I want a BLACK QUEEN NOT A INDEPENDENT DIVA. The same thing can be said with Good black men are not niggaz. Good black men wants standards because we have standards. When 70% of black women are single, there’s a huge problem.When our kids are coming from 75% single mother household, there’s a problem. A good black man wants a Black Queen that has no kids, no baby-daddieS,no baggage, educated, spiritual etc. We dont want a mother we want a partner for life. when there’s only 25% or less black women left that has no kids then factor in other different variables then that 25% decreases. Therefore, the percentage of finding a Black Queen up to our standards is slim. The difference is I dont have the intention ever to want to dip with a white woman.I have faith there’s Black Queen left out there.
