VIDEO: Kandi Challenges Herself To Lose 10 Lbs, Can She Do It?

In her latest video blog for HB, Kandi talks about an upcoming photo shoot and feels she’s not in the best shape that she can be.

While browsing one of her featured galleries on the site, she notices she looks a little out of shape and challenges herself to lose 10 lbs.

    What do you mean “Can she do it?” what kind of negative s**t is that? It’s just 10 lbs in 3 weeks. a person can lose 3 pounds a week, and that’s pretty good, health wise. HB, you post some trashy, negative crap, but claim to be a site that’s supposed to uplift and help. this article sucks.

    i know you can do it. but i’ll be your partner because i cank afford to shed 10 pounds to. what’s your plans on dieting and exercising what will your meals be like an what exercises will you do Wat days in how long.     Of course she can, cuz the first 10 lbs is only water. Anything after that will be REAL WEIGHT you are losing.
