exactly what I was thinking. It seems like the author is trying to justify her cheating ways rather then actually evaluate what the point of cheating is. Cheating is a selfish and self serving act. If you want to be with more than one person then dont pretend that the relationship is monogamous, be with someone who wants an open relationship or be alone.

The author of this piece seems to be very immature,I mean come on ,she cheated because she could,Damn,I dont want to meet a woman like that,no self discipline.

When I was in a relationship I never cheated even though he cheated on me and I had so many opportunities to cheat but I couldn’t find it in my heart to do it. If you want to have multiple partners (this goes for men and women) then you shouldn’t be married or have a relationship. It’s wrong to cheat (no matter if you’re a man or a woman). If you cheat on your mate then you don’t love that person. If my man is cheating on me then I am not satisfying him and if it comes down to competing with other women to keep my man then it’s not worth it and he wasn’t mind to begin with.

AMEN!

I guess HIV/AIDS and other STD’s doesn’t matter to cheaters because if it did people wouldn’t cheat.

All it gets you is pregnant, beat up, killed or end up on Maury……

If the author feels this way.  Why not date instead of being in a committed relationship with one person who does not give you everything you desire.  Be grown up and be honest.  Then you will have plenty of newness and excitement.

Great thesis. Yes. I’ve noticed that in our society today, more people cheating on their mates, significant others, etc. And I think it’s a major waste of energy as well. Why not simply let the person go their own way and begin a new relationship with who you really want to be with? M

In the real since it’s only consider cheatin when a man does it. When a woman goes outside her marriage for fulfillment it because her husbands short comings. When you are denied some thing that you need for happiness and or fulfillment your the one being cheated. Most men and women try to hold on to a relathionship were they have no desire or abilitie to satisfy, inspire, or uplife the other.

Cheating should just be considered “THRILL SEEKING!”  In view of the transient nature of the ”AFFAIR” it usually has nuthin to do with “REAL LOVE!”  The only thing a female should worry about a male who ventures to cheat on her is catching a STD. Don’t ask me why a male violates his Woman’s trust. Frankly, it is a biological imperative for a male to mate, and it takes a great deal of mental, emotional and spiritual maturity to regulate this impulse. I read: “When you are born you are a blank slate, and all your life skills need to be instilled within you.”—-There is also is also an opinion that: “WHEN YOU ARE BORN YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY A WILD ANIMAL, AND NEED TO BE TAMED!” Men are essentially “HUNTERS”, and nuthin compares to the “THRILL” of a sexual encounter. Words cannot adequately express the sense of accomplishment “CHEATING” gives the individual who fights everyday for personal affirmation.  Let the record show that I am speaking totally from “MY BLACK PERSPECTIVE!”  The violation of your mates  ”TRUST” alone should make cheating a very . undesirable endeavor. I truly believe that “LOVE AND FRIEND” are 2 of the most misused and misunderstood words in our vocabulary. The ingredient that is usually absent in many relationships happens to be “RESPECT!” You cannot possible respect your partner (or what you’ve built together) if you venture to cheat on them. People that are married or are in relationships (i hate that word) and cheat  are selfish sc**s of the earth ,they should be on their own if they want to mess around ,but thats the thing these a*****es don’t want to be on their own and want to inflict unnessessary misery on their unsuspecting  perspective partners.Men and women that cheat  should catch aids and die. 

That’s how I feel.  Had a married friend once, and she told me she was screwing the man who lived across the street. Wow.  Actually, my great uncle was murdered for cheating.  He was at her house and his wife came up, he answered the door and she shot him in the chest.  True story.  A few moments of bliss is not worth a lifetime of pain or gettin’ your ass killed over.

Rather get with someone who DOESN’T live CLose to me….but if they lived WAY far away, INVESTIGATE….there are CUCOOS out there, IJS……

Wow….to the writer of this post, ummmm wtf. How can you tell us that you think it’s impossible to love just one person and have them satisfy you. Maybe instead of trying to stand up for cheating, you should talk about ways to stay committed while keeping your partner committed as well. It’s very so possible and that’s what people should be striving for. I’ve never cheated and I was happy with one person because they did satisfy all of my needs. The mentality you have is one of the reasons why there are so many single mothers out there. This post is a Maury episode in blog form.

You are a very, very sick man, you must have a lot of hatred in you, so much that you keep writing stuff like this down again and again. Racists like you have a very, very low selfesteem and probably not too much education. All I can do is to feel sorry for you, because I can imagine that you go to bed with hate in your heart and you probably wake up with the same feelings. I think you just don´t know how stupid and ignorant it is, to hate somebody, just because they are another race as you are. Believe it or not, but there are good and also bad people in every race, this is just the way it is and your hatred on here will not change that.
