I did wonder whether this was all staged, but if it was it don’t really matter, cuz his career has already been damaged from beating on Rihanna the way he did. I’m almost positive, that a large part of his tears were genuinely, tears of sadness because he really loved Michael Jackson. I think that the fact that he was so warmly accepted by the crowd, was another factor that kept the tears coming. he felt overwhelmed, he felt sad..but he felt…back!

When I was watching this and realized that he was crying, I knew I called it right when I said people were going to say that this is some sort of PR stunt. I fail to see the “PR stunt”. My prayers are for both Chris and Rhianna right now. They are both in the same boat as far as career and media stigma. The media ate this up not so much as it was a domestic violence thing, but rather a race thing. In support of my statement, how many other domestic violence cases have we seen in the past view years which were not black? Not very many.
