Society has a notion that woman should take care of the children they produce, but half the time the father gets away with neglecting the child, even though it takes two to create life on this earth. NY is one of the more liberal state regarding child support although it is still bias against the father. It goes on the 1st 80K combined income (that is the first $80,000 of both parents income) then the rest is at the dicretion of the court. 50 Cent baby momma thought she was going to hit pay dirt also but the courts shut her down to. If he shows that she is being a vendictive woman the courts will be a bit easier on how mouch he has to pay. Alicia’s money does not and will not be alowed to be consdered in the child support procedings.

I will just say this…when u first file for divorce or legal separation the issue of child support is immediately addressed it is called a temporary order. That is the legal system they wouldn’t issue a final order until the divorce was finalized hence the word finalized. What does timing have to do with anything? If he wasn’t paying his court ordered child support and alimony then she can sue him whenever she deems necessary, and I think doing it after the divorce is finalized is just as good of a time as any. I would guess that she is going off of the advice of her lawyer. The fact of the matter is he is in-contempt of a court order and if this was a low income case a warrant would have been issued. The rest of the who is he marrying and who has he gotten pregnant is irrelevant. He had and has a moral and legal obligation and if he fails to fulfill that obligation the appropriate legal action should be taken. Scorned or not she has a moral and legal obligation to her children and a nice little enforceable court order to back it up.
