There to me is a woman who is truly connected to God. I took from this that when she took her vows in her marriage she took them to the core of her body and spirit. Remember even though you are looking at your spouse when you take your vows. You are making the vow to GOD, moreso than the person standing in front you. One of the standard vows being “for better or for worse.” Its a vow not a suggestion. Clearly this was a situation of worse and she remained in her marriage through it all. Wowww!!! I don’t even know where to start on this one. I guess my first question would be is why did they wait so long to seek help??? She knew about his problem early on in the marriage, but nothing was done. At one point she even contemplated suicide. Not to mention him playing russian roulette with her life by giving her an STD, twice. They both needed counselling. Perhaps if they had gotten help early on it would have been more effective.
On the surface it looks like, yea, she should have left him, cheated on him, yada, yada, yada. I know I would have left, but that’s just me. However when looking at this man tell his story as repulsive as it might be one has to see the misery in his face. The seeking out, and having to have these many sexual encounters per day had to have been a heavy weight to say the least. It seems to me very much like a crack addict looking for a hit and that could not have been good. Especially when the craving really wasn’t satisfied. Just because it was sex instead of drugs that he craved does not make it any less of a weight. Don’t get me wrong now, I, in no way condone what he did because him commiting adultery is a “deal breaker”, no matter what the reason, none the least of which is him having UNPROTECTED sex outside the marriage puts his wife and family at risk. And for him to have the “balls” to say that he would leave her if she cheated on him especially after he admitted to her that he had fallen in love with one of his sexual partners proves that he stepped outside of his addiction and got emotionally involved. Another “deal breaker”.
Nevertheless if she chooses to stay with him, and if he is truly successfully fighting his addiction, I wish them both well.

People need to be all about self-control. Parents need to teach their sons and daughters about self-control…whether it’s having self-control over sex or anger or food or alcohol. It’s a good feeling to be in control. Sure, there are LOTS of things I’d LIKE to do, but don’t, because they are wrong or illegal or improper or unethical. That’s what makes us civilized. It’s amazing how so many are quick to say leave him, she only stayed for the lifestyle, etc. but no one seeks to say anything about those women who knew he was married and still slept with him.
But for those who said such things as above about MY God, wow, for a man who has slept with3- 4 women a DAY being equivalent to 90 women a MONTH, I shout glory to God that she didn’t catch HIV/AIDS and nor did he. Yes he was wrong for what he did, but in the end God showed favor and mercy to both of them. This helps me see that there is a God.

In our society today it would be impossible for a man or women to possibly sleep with ONE person and not contract anything. (especially HIV/AIDS being that it was introduced in the 80s) When someone does contract anything I could only imagine there is more than medicine that someone is in need of i.e. emotional strength and comfort, self esteem boost, friends and family to stand by your side etc. and from what I am learning now sometimes you feel you have no one you can turn to and all you can do is praise Him in spite of and that’s what his wife did.

THEY both work and went through it, in different ways and separately at one point in time. Just because he made mistakes and is prone to make them again does not mean he did not take his vows seriously. (We lie everyday and yet we try and follow the commandments, that’s doesn’t mean we don’t take them seriously) his wife said she stayed because she knew he was a good person and he had a problem (something like that in the video). At the end of the day both had problems mentally, physically, and emotionally, who are we to categorize whose pain was greater and whose wasn’t?

Oral sex is quite popular in a lot relationships nowadays; of which v****al or seminal secretions of the organisms thru the mucous membranes would= transmission between male and/or female. STD organisms, of which aren’t seen with the naked eye, if they are transmitted through secretions and both men and women produce this upon being aroused via oral, anal, or even v****al sex, how would ‘man’ decipher whom its hard to get it or not. That would then make the transmission thru the mucous membrane statement contradictive with your statement (using protection takes your statement to a whole “nother” level of which you montioned nothing about)
