The 18-year-old Rose Cordero appears on the March 2010 cover of French Vogue, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. This is the magazine’s first cover featuring a solo black model since Liya Kebede in 2002 (see it below). The issue delves deep into the current military-inspired trend that is sweeping fashion.

This still doesn’t cut it. The model has very Eurocentric features. Therefore, is she really representing black women? We all know that the only black women that they find attractive are those among us who resemble them the most . Just like some of the ignorant, self hating blacks do(the whole light skin and long, straight hair is better brainwash crap). This is just furthering the ideology that ethnic features are not as desireable as european ones.
