Ok all i can see with this whole situation is two broke people who see a chance to get money. Ok the song was written years ago and if you send it out to companies, you are basically giving your song away. thats why real artists take there demos to companies in person. So now MJB is making money off of a song that these two could not even get a deal with and they are mad? For one thing i think copyrights after a few years actually die off unless renewed and i doubt these two have done that. Also who knows if maybe MJB heard the song and it made her want to make her own version because of all that she had gone through in her life? Think about it!!

To be honest, a lot lately major labels have been stealing from indie artist left and right. Most people never hear about it because the case is private, and the indie artist or label always take the quiet settlement. To say that these people are lying is messed up because what you’re saying is that it’s ok for major labels to steal from indie artist and labels simply because they are major.
