Mo’Nique is suing her landlord in Fulton County, Georgia over allegations her home smells and suffers a mold problem. According to TMZ, the “Precious” actress is demanding she be let out of her $22,000-a-month rental contract due to her house smelling like dog feces. Mo’Nique also claims, the house also have a mold problem, an overflowing septic tank and a busted security gate.
Mo’Nique filed the papers in Fulton County in response to her landlords’ lawsuit which claims the actress bailed on her two-year lease agreement, signed in March, and owes $370,000 in unpaid rent and other charges.”
It is not clear if Mo’Nique still lives in the house and is not paying her rent or if she has since moved out.
