It is nothing new dancing with a daughter like at family parties for example because last time I checked, I’ve seen this here, the Islands, Europe and Africa. And for the record white mothers do crazy sh*t too like girls gone wild and hanging at clubs with their daughters getting drunks and picking up men to sleep with. I think that it was all in good fun. In today’s world some of us tend see this type of mother/daughter togetherness on a social level, where a mother has (grown up) with her daughter. In Washington, DC, where I live, it is not uncommon to see a 40-something year old mother and her 20-something daughter partying together. In fact, you might even see grandma (53), daughter 35, and granddaughter (19) cutting-up together.

With the high occurences of young mothers over the past 40 years, with women redefining what aging looks like we will see more of this. However, booty-shaking being done by a woman and her daughter, together, in a public venue is about something totally different and those individual women.
