As far as being concerned about people signing good artists; last time I checked it was about selling records not producing talent. There are unfortunately enough knuckleheads in America to buy something because it’s naked or pretty that no real effort has to be put into finding good talent. If you want to hear real music might I suggest a local bar that plays local artists in your community, or the oldies section of the store.
