I actually had this thought as I watched him peform…was this a good idea? The bottom line is that it is probably hard for him to get many gigs these days because first of all, he just doesn’t have any good music right now. So, for him it was a good way to keep his face and name out there in a high profile manner. And then of course, there is the charges against him from absuing Rihanna. All told, he’s got a rough road ahead in the industry….but making some good music would be a start. He might think otherwise, but the fact that no one is talking about Chris’ latest record is proof that he doesn’t have one.
