Lindsay Lohan’s seemingly endless court dates continued when she tested positive for alcohol consumption despite the provisions assigned to her by the court. However, upon further inspection, a technicality kept Lohan from serving time. According to PopEater.com, “Lohan was ordered to adhere to controlled substance testing, not alcohol testing. On top of that, Lohan’s substance testing was only supposed to take place between February 3 and February 25.”
Although Lohan did not get in trouble specifically for her alcohol intake, she still has provisions that allow the courts to keep control on her out of control behavior. Seems like even her stardom can’t get her out of stealing a necklace!
