Kelis Avoids Nas At Sundance Festival

Now how did this happen without setting off a problem? Recently divorced couple Nas and Kelis played rival gigs on either side of Main Street in Park City, Utah at the Sundance Festival over the weekend and not once did they come in close contact.

According to the NY Post, Nas performed at Harry O’s, while Kelis followed John Legend at the Film Lounge at House of Hype. Kelis waited until Nas’ performance was over before starting her set. “She didn’t want to compete against her ex,” an insider said. Kelis did a soulful turn, including a Madonna-infused remix of her song “Milkshake.”

    Is’nt ironic how the things that brings you the most joy can bring you the most pain
    they looked like they would’ve been together for along time, jus does’nt seem worth it these days to even go there with anybody, If nothing last forever whats the point of starting soemthing you know will eventually end??

    My first dance with my bride was to “Say hello to the man, good bye to the jigalo, it was difficult for me to find a chick I want” off the Street Disciples LP.. Their union along with a few others inspired me to take that walk.. It’s sad to see this BS take place, but in my opinion, Nas was a little above Kelis in regards to expectations during marriage and what wfe/husband should be!! F**k it, it is what it is……
